Jodi and Travis are the ONLY ones who know what happened in "what" order it happened....The rest are just "estimated" guesses based on theory..jmo

Well considering Travis is dead and Jodi's a liar... The best we will ever have is theory.

That is strange. I hope he read his report carefully. Makes me wonder if the transcriptionist made up what the doc left out?!

I doubt that the transcriptionist would have made up anything. I used to be a medical records coder (until a lot of our jobs, coders and medical trancriptionists, were outsourced to India LOL!) and I worked with the transcriptionists. The ones I worked with would query the ME or MD if something was not clear in their report. They were very professional and there would be legal ramifications for them and the facility if there was a fraudulent medical record. Of course, it could happen.

If she goes free, she will get whacked....mark my word. (in fact I'm somewhat surprised someone hasn't smuggled a gun in the courtroom and capped her right there...yet)

No one has taken care of Casey Anthony who iirc is the reining winner of the title, Most Hated Woman in the USA!

Strumming my fingers impatiently .....

"Female inmates on Death Row are housed at the Lumley Unit at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Perryville, near Goodyear Arizona."

"Each cell at the Lumley Unit is 12 feet by 7 feet, 2 inches, a total of 86.4 square feet."

About Arizona's Death Row --- http://www.azcorrections.gov/dr_faq.aspx

"Since 1937, the average Arizona Death Row inmate has spent 12 years on death row."

Thanks for the info Curious Me. Sometimes I wonder if a "Death Row Info" class should be taught in High School. Might make a kid think twice before committing murder. Imagine, no acess to their Iphone, internet, Facebook. Give them a tour of the death chamber. Kinda like Scared Straight from years ago.

Guys...One small thing has bothered me and it's not that a big deal, but it's said there was 82,000 emails between Travis & Jodi. How in the world could that be possible? That has to be mistake, don't yall think? Would'nt that be over 100 emails per day if they knew each other for two years? I know it's not important but I'd like to know what you all think..

Just catching up on the last few pages:

- Re: the cup, in his opening Martinez said Jodi used that cup to wash Travis' body in the shower and throw water all over the bloody hallway to attempt to "clean up" the crime scene (also used a towel) and talked of how those cardboard boxes had wicked up inches of diluted blood (diluted with water)

- Interesting interview with the ME on HLN today...he said he's not seen a comparable case in all his career with the degree of severity of wounds. :(

- Doesn't it seem that the more Vinnie Politan gets worked up about this case, his hair gets more and more crazy?

- I'd like a key chain. I'd prefer that honestly to the economy bottle of.....nevermind. ;)

I could see that number of texts over emails...some people are insane at texting

One more thing. Don't you find it kind of strange Jodi's fingerprints weren't found anywhere (that I know of) than that palm print?

Faucets? Washing machine? Shower door? Cup?

Keys? Keys? We don't need no stinkin' keys.

We just use the doggie door!!! :floorlaugh:

I just had to quote that and bring it forward cuz it's so damn funny. :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Yes that is it...and a cautionary tale to just how dangerous a killer like JA is.

I saw Dear Zachary a few years ago. It is horrible. Sometimes I wish I would have never watched it but when I watched it I had no idea that a baby was involved. IMHO..I could never compare it to JA murdering TA. Zachary was a 13 month old baby who was murdered. Totally innocent.

Very disturbing, heart wrenching documentary so beware.

I compare the pathology to Jodi in the fact that this obsessed woman, a pathological liar, the same kind of glib inappropriate voice/affect, drove hundreds of miles for the sole purpose of murdering the man who jilted her. It's a cautionary tale about what can happen if a person like this is left "on the loose" imo.

I can relate to wishing I hadn't watched it but later I was glad I did if nothing else for solidarity and compassion for the grieving family. I've written them a couple of times after seeing it. Unimaginable grief. And I know something about grief.

(my smilies came back!)

:thumb: True, young people fool themselves and believe their own bs when they say "I don't care anymore". They need reminders of what they really do care about before they decide to throw it all away.

:jail:

I've watch those tv shows of real prison life, especially in the old jails with the noisy doors and yelling. :scream: That noise would be torture for me year after year. I don't want to sleep on the middle bunk bed either, or room with people who kill. :shakehead: But that's just me.

Very strange! And she made such a point to say she would
wear gloves to kill.
THIS is no ordinary woman. Poor Travis!

Speaking of putting him back in the shower.

That cup in the shower picture has always bothered me. I have often wondered if she performed that Mormon Baptism By Proxy with that cup.

in opening statements juan said she washed him off with a cup. i heard it this am replaying in sesions

i everyone! :seeya: I'm a new poster, but long-time reader.

I began reading all of your (excellent) posts on the JA case five days ago! The past two days my eyes have been blood-shot red. I'm not sure if it is due to no sleep, no blinking, or both! I do know that my reading these posts are the reason. I just can't stop, it is like an addiction.

Anyway, I do have a question (or two?) and just can't seem to get caught up to see if they have already been answered somewhere in these threads. Forgive me, if it/they have been.

I just can't come up with a good reason for Jodi to wait to the very last minute to commit the murder. Why did she wait until minutes before the roommate was due home? Why not when Travis was vulnerable, in bed and naked? That was a great opportunity to shoot the gun, instead of the camera.

(Speaking of camera) Was she EXPECTING to change her mind? Why take pictures, unless to have evidence of their (perceived) sexual relationship? For Mimi to see? hmmm?

I know that there has been many discussions as to the possibility of her hoping Travis would change his mind and bring her along on the trip, instead of Mimi. But, then doesn't that negate the idea of her taking photos for evidence of their relationship?

I'm sorry, just thinking out loud here. I know that answers to these questions aren't necessary for the trial (or guilty conviction); however, (like a few other posters here) I like to get inside the mind of the killer. I simply cannot accept the idea of "well, she is just ___(insert label)" and leave it alone.

plus if like doctors they read the transcribed and either put their initials or signature on it

I know. She has plenty of gloves. It couldn't possibly be her because she'd be humane and would wear gloves.
