The pictures of him on the bed appear to have been taken from the chair beside the bed. Could it be that he went upstairs to lie down and she came into the house and sat in the chair waiting for him to wake up? She may have taken the pictures of herself when he went into the bathroom because they are not candid shots, she is posing. It was his camera so I doubt he would have left those pictures on there for someone to find so I believe he could have deleted them. She may not have liked that. The rest of the afternoon they could have been discussing the relationship or just sleeping.

I think at 4pm when he went to his office to send that email off to his friend he may have thought she left. Maybe he told her she had to leave then because he had to get some of his business papers together for his conference call that evening. This is why she would have been dressed. Coming in later and hearing him in the shower she may have felt was a perfect chance to catch him off guard. In one of the pictures, which is very dark, you can see a look of surprise on his face while he is looking at the camera. Just a guess, but it could have happened this way. Bet the state knows exactly how it happened. jmo

That's where Gus comes in. The conference call was to be with him.

Reading Flores' report -- thanks so much for posting that!

Items of interest upon first reading:

1. Seems both roommates were home when Travis was discovered

2. One roommate was aware of several fights between Jodi and Travis, including confrontations about Jodi showing up and hanging out at the house when she wasn't invited

3. Lisa and Travis broke up because of Jodi issues. She said until he handled the Jodi situation they could only be friends

4. Mimi knew practically nothing about Jodi

5. There was cast off blood spatter from floor to ceiling in the bathroom

6. Jodi sent an email to Travis on 6-7-08 (three days after murdering him) asking if she could stay in his house while he was in Cancun, but he didn't respond

7. Weird anonymous tip to investigate "Dustin Thompson" -- traced to his soon to be ex-wife's cell phone.

.8. Jodi refused the initial request for a face to face police interview and said she wanted to talk to an attorney first --called Flores back a few days later and said she wanted to give a statement without attorney

9. The deleted pics were travis in the shower. The unallocated pics were the nude pics, 6 of Jodi, 2 of Travis -- doesnt say whether they were deleted or not

I noticed the cast off blood from floor to ceiling but I don't recall it being testified to. Did I miss it?

Knowing that the Defense atty. said in opening that JA killed him, I cannot understand any jury even wondering if anyone else is involved....aren't they the trier (tryer) of fact in the case meaning using the evidence presented???? I am so confused.

Kind of sounded to me like the jury wasn't paying attention to Defense opening statements. I think we get caught up sometimes to and forget that she confessed or would have to in order to claim self defense.

Vinnie just said a reported (recently, I believe) just walked right in the jail, and interviewed Jodi for 45 min - off the record.
He was convinced of her story, but will not publish.

It was from an AZ station I believe. Saw it earlier this week.

It was a trap, a photo shoot meant only to get Travis in a confined & vulnerable position to thrust that knife into his chest. IMO

I do because the only print found was the palm print on the wall. I think while killing him she didn't have gloves, but during the clean-up she did.

Gus Searcy to testify Monday in regards to prosecutorial misconduct but no idea what the misconduct was this time per In Session.

If denial of mistrial based on prosecutorial misconduct has been thrown out, why would Gus Searcy testify on Monday? Sounds like a done thing, nothing more to hear about it??

zach was home between 1500 and 1600 on the fourth (shortly before shower shots) and didn't see them

kinda blows that on the computer looking at pictures and 'rough vaginal sex over the desk' story away eh?

Doesnt mean they werent there. There are time stamped pictures from around 1:30 PM that day so Jodi was already there. Wonder where in the world she parked her car to avoid being seen by the room mates.

Here's the minute entry. It pertains to the text message and felony murder motions made on 1/17. The judge too them under advisement and the rulings were filed today.

Of course she was convincing. She was able to fool Travis for 5 months. What's 45 minutes in her world. Wonder if she showed him some of her yoga moves we saw her perform in full view of the window where she knew LE was watching her during her first interview. Jodi loves an audience.

My guess is he will not publish the story because his boss and associates do not believe her story and can't believe he believed her story. jmo

I would think the cast off in the bathroom were from all of his frontal stab wounds and the defensive wounds to the palm side of his hands.

I think hallway is back wounds and the back of his hands while she stabbed at his head.
