There is also a Zan that posted three posts that claims to know both Jodi and MM. This Zan person was trying to talk MM into stepping up to the plate for Jodi. Zan claims that they know who MM is and that MM worked with Jodi at Ventana.

MM also claims to personally know the boyfriend right before Travis. The guy she lived with I guess? MM claims that the ex before Travis remained friends with Jodi and never had any problems with any anger issues from Jodi. I guess that Jodi is the one that broke up with him since he is still alive.

Didn't this MM also say she had a long history with abusive relationships. So he dated her for 2 years and she lived with someone for 4 years. At age 27 that would have been 6 years of relationships with no problems. So where is that long history? jmo

I don't believe she ever lived with TA. And we already know she was seeing others (the married man in the car for 2 hours). So he is taking the word of a liar and it's second-hand information. Not sure he can testify to what she told him??? jmo

Very likely it would fall under hearsay and be deemed inadmissible. Unless someone witnessed Travis abusing Jodi firsthand Lil Miss Murderess herself will have to testify to such.

And the defense experts will be given some leeway to testify to generalities also in my opinion.

I don't see a braid. The face is too close up to see braids if they are there. Her nose has a green hue. The pic I see this in the best is #6 and then 7.

Last post about this, I promise. In pic 7 are you thinking the two horizontal dark slashes are her lips? Maybe 1/2 inch from the bottom in pic 7?
That would make the flash kinda on her nose.

Sorry but I don't think you can see what someone is seeing by looking in their eyes. Not big on body language or astrology or unicorns either...JMO

You can capture an image in the eye, in a photography studio, with lots of light when taking a head shot.

So many things to ponder. The four year relationship with the ex- for starters. He can easily be found on Linkdin (sp?). He was her boss and supposedly went through a very tumultuous divorce. He is also almost two decades older than she is. Timing wise I can't help but wonder if JA caused the break up of the marriage? Four years with the man and he had a four year old! Very interesting. Did he have primary custody? Where is/was the mother? How/why did they end up buying a house in Palm Springs?

The body language expert said that Jodi's flexing back bend thang indicated arrogance and guilt.
Not that Jodi felt anything. Beth Karas asked the expert to interpret the flex and that is what she said. IIRC. I'm going off memory.

Defense counsel requests to orally supplement his Motion to Allow Jury to Consider
Polygraph Results During Sentencing Phase. - this is denied.

Compare that to the lighting in he bathroom, distance and focus.

There is no possible way to ever discern what, if anything, may have been captured aside from the flash. The picture quality just won't allow it.

I am finding MOST of the defense motions pertain to the mitigation and sentencing portion of the trial.

Even if the technology were available we already know she was there and that she took this picture. It would be interesting, though, if someone were able to bring the picture into focus enough to make out features. jmo
