Why do you think that? They appear to have some e-mails that they may want to have him read to the jury. He's been on the defense's witness list for a while, apparently.
Ok. He said that if he's subpoenaed he will cooperate and comply with the process and there's no reason to think he won't. No reason to doubt the credibility of his testimony in advance.
What emails are we talking about?
