I wonder how the defense is going to explain those gas cans. It's looking more and more like they are going to have to put Jodi on the stand.

So on the gas cans. She got 2- 5gal cans from the x and bought 1 from wally world. Did I get that right?

As soon as it is filed with the court, it then becomes public record unless it is sealed by the Judge, which in this case, it wasn't.

Yes, everyone is entitled to a defense. Even them. However, I've been on the other side as a victim and had my character assassinated by a defense attorney. Rape case. I was taking a cab to work after my car broke down and he decided I wasn't going to work. That attorney poisoned me against what they do. Sorry, I can't help it. I was looking for information on the witness lists and came across the poster CJ. After reading many of her posts and looking at her avatar picture...could it be....the Other One? Perhaps she's trying out a little of that paralegal work.

I do not mean any offense by this, but you're operating backwards (Going from already have formed a conclusive opinion to a different opinion, not starting from nothing and going to something). The defense is trying to show it was self defense, because Arias was abused. It is then necessary to show that Arias was actually abused. If there are e-mails from the victim's best friend to the victim saying that he's not treating her right, and it may be interpreted as he's being abusive to her... It certainly matters to the defense case. The question is no longer did Arias do it; we know she did. The question the defense is hoping to bring up is if Arias did it in self defense.

The emails are hearsay either way...

He's already dead. He got 99 years and served 7. Yes, SEVEN. When he got out, he lasted about 5 years and died of AIDS, which thankfully, wasn't around when I 'met' him.

Intuitively obvious to the most casual observer..moocow, what is your one liner that speaks truth? You always have such great defense comebacks when taken solo.

Since you asked, I still think that it can be argued that it doesn't really show that she set out intending to kill anyone. She may have thought about it and prepared, but the decision may not have actually been made until whatever the catalyst was that night occurred. In an instance like that, I think premeditation becomes a large gray area.

I'm sorry you misunderstand based on the above post.

I got exactly what her wonderful team are hoping and I'll reiterate they can get whatever emails they'd like of CH entered and those emails can express all day long what he thought of how Travis handled his business including expressing he thought it wrong or even abusive.. IT MATTERS NOT AND IS IRRELEVANT TO THE FACT THAT SHE SLAUGHTERED TRAVIS.

I'M FULLY AWARE SHE COMMITTED THE ACT AND IM FULLY AWARE THAT GREAT TEAM IS HOPING THIS EXACT TYPE EVIDENCE LESSENS THE DEGREE OF THE MURDER, BUT TRUTH IS ITS IRRELEVANT..
