I agree that it does not matter whether Travis was gay or not. That is why I prefaced my original comment with, "Not that this matters even one tiny bit."

I just feel that Jodi is misplacing Travis as a pedofile, when really he may have just been bi-sexual.

Unfortunately, I can kind of relate to Jodi. I was in a relationship with a man that I felt was bi-sexual. I never had any proof. On the surface everything appeared normal. He would have had sex fives times a day if I could have handled it.

Like Jodi, I became hypervigilant to everything he said because I felt like he was not being honest with me. I also became very suspicious because of the gnawing feeling I had that he was hiding something from me.

Unlike Jodi, I broke up with him. It was very hard to do, but I did not want to go on living like that. I wanted to be in a relationship where I felt comfortable, not all tied up inside.

Thanks for the note. I have been lurking throughout this week and have really appreciated the trial updates when I couldn't watch. Thankfully, I got to watch Gus yesterday.... I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself.

What is verified and how do I contact admins? I am VERY new. I only found this great site after searching for trial information.

And, I do have to say thank you to all of you. There are times I have just burst out laughing at the posts. As we all know, the trial material itself is very serious, but witnesses like Gus have provided some comic relief here and there.

I will get you a link for verification. We have several verified attorneys here (and all professions)

i'm really sick of hearing about this 'broken finger.' if she doesn't have support for that from a doctor who examined her, diagnosed and treated it, IT DID NOT HAPPEN!

Whoa - did you see this on his page?

"The lips of an immoral woman are as sweet as honey, and her mouth is smoother than oil. But in the end she is as bitter as poison, as dangerous as a double-edged sword.

If by chance Gus didn't leave town and swings by, will you PUH-LEASE ask for his autograph?!?!? You know he will ♥ the attention from a pretty woman & might even offer up some good stories while he's signing!!

We havent heard of any other partners, and the defense has 80,000 of his emails and text messages, give or take. If there were others, they would have found them, and maybe we'll be hearing from them. I think Jodi was the only dichotomy.

minor, if you have a chance and you care enough, read up on Mormon singles. There are many anecdotal comments about Mormon men and women hooking up with non-Mormon partners prior to marriage (and actually, during marriage). That way, no one within the Mormon community knows they're having sex, so they're image is preserved but their desires are satisfied. Along the lines of "do it with someone who won't spill the beans."

I am sure some Mormon couples have sex before they marry (each other), and I am sure some don't. That it is a big taboo is the one constant.

Are you suggesting that she might have lied to the friend about her "broken finger?" How unlikely of JA!
