I wonder if the judge is getting irritated with the prosecution's contstant objections and is trying to iron out stuff in chambers first.

I am a little afraid that JM's constant objections, a lot of which seemed kinda petty, might irritate the jury against him. He seemed really cranky yesterday and was annoying at times. He's better when he's calm.

Jurors might blame him unconsciously for seeming to extend the trial, and make things go slow. Hope not.

I'm sorry but what has been said or proved in court to classify Travis as bi-sexual?? Did I miss a huge bombshell along the way? So far, the defense has made reference to Jodi wearing "little boy underwear", which I'm under the impression are actually boy shorts and quite common. Excuse me for being a bit annoyed by these posts, but this is how rumors get started when NOTHING has pointed to anything but Travis being a red blooded heterosexual male, struggling with normal sexual hormonal urges that conflicted with his religious beliefs. MOO.

I agree, that's possibly what's going on in chambers, unless there is some BOMBSHELL TONIGHT they are discussing.
