Well I felt punched in the stomach when JM nearly put that picture up. It nailed the reality on the head (no pun intended).

Is that strange that they continued with Lisa AFTER the jury left?

DOH - witness said Jodi is a stalker ;)

DT: You referred to him as a stalker, is that what the roommate told you
Lisa: Yes and from personal experience, Jodi would call and text Travis every time we were together, it's as if she knew when we were together. Yikes!!

No wrong, it is a murder. Travis was murdered, he didn't have an accident or suicide.

It is a homicide at this moment. Murder requires a murderer. JA is innocent at this moment. She has not been found guilty by a jury of her peers in a court of law.

Remember it was the defense who was so adamant in calling Lisa. The prosecution had expressed concerns her testimony could lead to an appellate issue and had no intention of calling her.

Wonder how they think it's working for them?

I don't know what has and hasn't been asked but I have a feeling Travis got a little heated to say the least when his tires were slashed, two separate times and Lisa was there and he got upset (with the tire slashing), rightfully so.

Yep, that's where I think they were going with that. The defense didn't want that bit of information out there.

If the defense brought up the stalking, they opened the door for all of that evidence of stalking to come in! Through their own witness!

Baaah haaa haaaa

I bet she wasnt declared a hostile witness. If Juan knew the defense was allowed to use leading questions he wouldn't object and if he did the Judge would overrule him.

imo

Okie dokie ;)
