It doesn't matter if the murderer is ever found and/or convicted. The crime against the victim remains the same, he was murdered, a homicide was committed.

Murder is homicide.

Homicide is not always murder.

Homicide is a human-on-human killing.

Murder is an unlawful human-on-human killing.

That is a huge difference.

How come I have never seen these jury questions before in a trial. Is this something new?

Only some jurisdictions do it. It's becoming quite common now. Personally I like it.

ok, I missed the thing that happened to cause Jody and several ppl in the gallery (TA's family) to burst into ters, lean over, leave the courtroom, etc. I must say its prob ther first time Jody authentically cried, or shes been practicing and is getting better at faking it.

SO WHAT HAPPENED? What was said or asked to make everyone bawl?????

PPPPPLLLLEEEEAAAASSSSEEEEE tell me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what has and hasn't been asked but I have a feeling Travis got a little heated to say the least when his tires were slashed, two separate times and Lisa was there and he got upset (with the tire slashing), rightfully so.

If that turns out to be the case if I was a juror I would highly be pissed off. It looks like the shady defense attorneys are being dishonest and they would be.

Anyone that had their tires slashed would be angry.

More and more I cant stand this DT.

To use this against the victim is unforgivable and reprehensible sleazy behavior.

IMO

Wow, I know someone said in a prior post today that this girl (Lisa's) parents are proud of her......but now I think we ALL are. She has been a star for Travis today and has been a model of civility, yet has managed to make HER points. For someone who did not want to testify, she has really brought it home.

They even sell boyshort type undies at Target in the female section. I think they're cute myself, and would buy a pair if my arss wasn't as wide as a truck. :floorlaugh:

They are all I wear! They flatter a 40-something, less than bouncy arse, and while they sit low enough not to stick out of my jeans, they are pretty modest while still being sex-ay.

Mr, Knot loves em. And they don't look like Jockeys. They have cute prints and lace trim, etc.

Nothing pedo about them. Nor the shaving of the nether regions.

MOO

If Jodi admitted to killing Travis, what does that mean?

She's committed homicide. We're determining if it was an unlawful killing right now.

Right next to Beth in the hall who's talking about how what the judge is doing is unconstitutional - now corset lady is accosting her

What's unconstitutional? Spill!

I want to hear what strange thing happened!

Hoping it's that Travis and Lisa were smooching when Jodi came in the doggie door!

No, if shes found not guilty Travis will have died as a result of a justifiable homicide

Juan was going to show her a photo of Travis on the autopsy table.

And then ask her if she would ever do that to Travis.

imo

MooCow, Jodi admitted to killing Travis. If she murdered him in self defense or murdered him in cold blood, she murdered him. Murder is murder and dead is dead. Just like killed = dead.

Can Jodi Aria be referred to as "a killer" since she admits she killed Travis?

I wonder if the Casey Anthony verdict would have been different had Florida allowed jury questions after every witness.

Yes, it's a really cool thing, and I bet makes the jury feel like they are participating more.
