Yes, Dan. We are about 5 miles from the alarm that goes off downtown and it went off three different times while my hubby and I were trying to get more stuff moved and tied down after the Gazebo crashed.

And it is suppose to be worse later on tonight.

imo

Be safe!

;
I heard this on Jane Velez-Mitchell's show, but the kitten in Jodi's care did not die and was not unfed. It was just locked up for two weeks with no human contact (but with food and water) and freaked out a little. (According to an ex co-worker of Jodi's.)

IIRC

The same 'ex co-worker' was on NG several days ago. She made the cat claims on both shows.
She did not claim the cat died.

BUT, on both shows she said she worked with Jodi in the late part of 2008.

Im with you nurse............so what?

And if he is this sexual deviant Jodi is trying to make him out to be then why didnt he try to bed Lisa?

Uggggh.

I thought Lisa testified that she felt pressured by Travis to have sex and that he touched her bottom inappropriately. Sounds like he was trying to get in there to me. And Lisa was there so she oughta know.

The mere fact that the defense approached prosecution regarding a plea deal is standard protocol & often used as ploy to test what the DA has and what charges they will be going for ... or how strong their case may be??

This does not mean Jodi was willing to plead ... it just means her attorneys did their due dilligence on what they could put "on the table" and exhausted all options for their client.

Not to be confused that Jodi herself was wanting to plead out? Not at all .. just her attorneys doing their jobs.

Good evening friends, I'm back in time for Juan :great:

Another young lady witness, let me guess she saw some of Travis' "abuse"... did he tell JA "those jeans make you look fat?"

Thanks in advance for the summary posts from KMouse and the other fantastic transcribers as I try to catch up! :seeya:

Why is he allowed to continue constructing this narrative that the witness keeps saying she doesn't remember?

  • #1,749
It seems all of JA's supporters tend to forget a lot of things when they're on the stand.

Juan does not seem to be doing well with this witness

Lacey, everyone of the defense witnesses have been more favorable for the prosecution than the defense. Ive never seen any trial like it. He shuts them down time and time again........one witness after another.

OT: OMG!!!!!!!!!! We just heard a loud crash outside and rushed to the door and our Gazebo is upside down about thirty feet away from where it was. Its ruined and all my clay pots are shattered. It took stone pavers and moved them 20 feet. Please pray that the weather calms down here.
Ocean, you and hubby stay safe as late last night we had the storm you're experiencing now.. and yes, it was pretty brutal, especially the wind..it ripped off the entire top of our gazebo .. and heaven forbid it eventually even disrupted my WS catch up mode of yesterday's trial happenings:eek: .. I was able to log on via 4G tablet, but eventually that even quit working for a while..so, I gave up..

Stay safe, OBE!

What! What! What!!!!

Big cat person here, I never heard this story before....Where did this come from?

some lady paid off her credit card bills by telling NANCY GRACE a story about Jodi putting a cat in a room alone with only food and water for 2 weeks.

I personally do not buy it.

Why is he allowed to continue constructing this narrative that the witness keeps saying she doesn't remember?

Because it's cross.

What! What! What!!!!

Big cat person here, I never heard this story before....Where did this come from?

A former female co-worker of JA told this story to Jane Velez-Mitchell. She said JA watched a male co-workers cat while he was gone on his honeymoon and told the female co-worker that she went into the room where she left the cat for two weeks (claiming the cat had plenty of food and water) and the cat was shaking. JA said she didn't feel bad for the cat, but maybe she should have. This added to the fact that she told police that she kicked a dog before not to mention she apparently went after her little brother with a bat when she was a child.

The shocking comment from Travis can't even be remembered by this witness. (This is embarrassing me and I'm not even a member of the defense team.)

Why is he allowed to continue constructing this narrative that the witness keeps saying she doesn't remember?

To prove that she really can't remember much at all.
