:( Dunno. I admit, I had to put my computer on Mute during this gal's testimony. As a high school English & Speech teacher, I fought the urge to coach the poor girl on her diction, projection, and posture,,,,,,for starters. I am surprised that the DT did not prep this witness better for the stand.

I learned to attend that university one doesn't need much besides being baptized Mormon ...IMO

For what reason was the jury forced to hear 10 minutes of crap about the witness' first meeting with Jodi and all that other bs?

The judge should set a timer. If nothing relevant is said with the first few minutes, a trap door should open and the defense attorney should fall inside of it.

That would be most excellent!

With how much the defense witnesses have failed to help Jodi (and even hurt her - gas cans), I wonder if the poor defense attorneys were given a list of witnesses by Jodi - people she thought would help her. To avoid a claim by Jodi later, maybe they are just calling everyone she thought loved her. People like Jodi often have a grand view of themselves and what others think of them. Heck, Jodi might even think the testimony is going great!

I'm not surprised this witness was involved in PPL. He sure gives off a salesman vibe and seems very self-important.

I can't seem to get into his testimony. Is there a point?

i think martinez is just letting the defense team hang themselves. they've got nothing, really. all this extraneous BS just shows that so i guess with no objections, that's what martinez is doing. the jury must be even more frustrated than we are.

NO testimony about sexual deviancy, NO testimony about violence, nothing to back up their defense.
