I think their religion is very relevant to both sides. For the Prosecution, it shows the lengths Jodi went to to be "like" Travis (her conversion) and how she took his rejection of her for not being good enough/marriage material. It goes to motive. For the defense, they are trying to use it to show how "deep" and committed she was to the church, and how badly Travis treated her for indulging in the same behaviors he did (each with the other) and how he had the charisma and power to mentally enslave her (their take on it, not mine). All JMO.

We need to get you a coffee maker lol.

yes should have never initiated them in Seattle's pasttime....STARBUCKS:floorlaugh:

Its obvious. After everyone in the court room is in a trance, the DT is going to grab JA and make a run for the border. That's there only chance.

This guy hardly ever answers with a yes or no. He talks too much!

What is all this "official" bs????? When did the relationship become official? when did it officially become unofficial? Travis was going to have an "official" conversation with Jodi.......ARRRGGGHHHHHH!

Imagine what she was saying to poor, virginal Dan, about what bad, bad Travis was doing to her. Another victim of Jodi.

This is what I call a stepping stone defense...if the defense can convince the jury Travis was a sinful man not living up to the principles of his faith then they get to the stepping stone he could have been abusive and then he could have been a pedophile. It all starts with the first step...

You're being far too generous. How about a stepping pebble defense. Tiny little mini-strides...

Talk about wordy!

How is this witness such a relationship expert?

It's because of this type of questioning I am SO grateful the jury specifically asked Lisa to phrase her definition of cheating.

Thats an awfully large leap and I dont think the jury will step in it.

IMO
