Small neighbor get together is sounding more and more plausible to me. It seems weird with her kids there, but think 3-4 people just sitting in the kitchen or living room talking and all 3-4 being familiar to the kids. Maybe she drank too much and ended up passed out in bed. And then....?????
It would explain a lot of things that didn't add up for me before. It would also greatly narrow the pool of people it could be.

Why would someone partying at her house take the baby??? For what reason?

I really don't think a woman with three kids who doesn't work is going to go around buying boxes of wine for homeless men.

Me either-I said I don't think that is what happened in this case. I was just addressing the comment that homeless prefer beer or whiskey and not wine. There are definitely lots of homeless that prefer wine.

I posted this in the general thread, but I wanted to bring it over here:

Here's the thing: I have no doubt that during the many hours of interviews/questioning/interrogation that DB has spent with LE over the past week, that she was asked about her activities prior to baby Lisa going missing.

The fact that LE has subpoenaed this grocery store video tape (after finding a receipt) tells me that perhaps DB may not have been exactly forthcoming with LE regarding her activities earlier in the day.

I'll endorse any theory which upholds the possibility of Lisa still being alive, no matter how unlikely the theory.

Maybe that's why I'm avoiding mom being guilty, b/c I want Lisa alive. I want her to be hidden away safely. I want this to be a strained relationship gone very badly, with a live little Lisa. I want to see a video of her giggling and playing and happy.

I think stranger abduction is a bad scenario b/c she really does look like a lot of other babies. I'm so worried someone will knock on my door and ask to see my son's penis. :|

good question! we just don't know. there are still too many questions. that is why i am still sitting on the fence and probably will be for a while. :fence:

I have no idea. Why does anyone take a baby? But it happens. Of course, I am still partially leaning toward some sort of semi-accidental death that was covered up.

I don't know that people would necessarily want to be involved in a criminal investigation unless police come a knocking, they might not volunteer.

...........and maybe this was not an infrequent problem.? What were the sounds of glass clinking today while LE was at the home again? Were these recyclables like wine or beer bottles?

So if in the first day of questioning she said I went to the store at 5 to buy wine and paper plates with my brother they would still find the receipt and drive to the store and ask for video footage? I just assumed if they had known about the trip all along they wouldn't need to do so. Maybe to see if she was telling the truth? Why would they need the receipt though if she told them the name of the store and general time?

The receipt would tell the exact time and the cashier line she was in. If she didn't tell LE, why did they wait so long after finding it to check it out? That receipt would have a time on it and could be an important part of the timeline. LE spoke to the boys, so I'm assuming they would have told about being with a babysitter that day. Was the teen neighbor the sitter? A box of wine and paper plates sounds like a party to me and would explain the lights left on. Whether she told LE or not, I don't think the unidentified man and the homeless man are the same.

I am not sure the homeless man and the unidentified man are one in the same. I also wonder if the some of the neighbors had already told LE that there were several people over there.

In the link above, of Dr. Jeanine's interview. She made it sound like she went to check the baby at 10:30 and then went to sleep. I don't believe that anymore.

Maybe the kids were not being watched and going in and out of the windows. There was a table there that someone pointed out earlier, maybe that's how the screen got left open and bent in.

Possibly, but then we have to believe that these other people aren't talking. That's only plausible if they are all guilty.

amen doc.. who is the man... and why did she leave the house when, in her JP interview, she sated she was home while her kids and the neighbor's watched a "movie" in their room (which, she did not name the movie.. she said it by type though.. have to watch the video again but she said a fantasy move or some other adjective.. but I mean if you are seeing toy story again for the thousandth time or the incredibles don't you just name it.. yeah I am being nitpicky but also a mom as well) how can you be specific about the movie yet not???? strange... struck me as strange from when I heard it. MOO...

I know - right? If the kids were watching some sort of "fairy tale" movie - well then, what was the name of the darn movie?

In my experience electricians usually work 10 hr shifts or 12 hr shifts not 8. So for instance, if it had been a 10 hour shift, he could have worked from 5-3:30, leaving home at 4:30pm getting home at 4 am. Which makes it all the more interesting that she was seen just after 5 pm at the store with someone else. When the cats away the mice will play??
