Red bold by me . . . curious about this statement

If dad worked until 330a (I don't know but guessing if he's home at 4a), his shift would have started at, what --7p?

It is not a statement. It was a question. I was asking for clarification (which I recieved).....
The man the neighbors were shown a pic of was the homeless man NOT the wine man...

I'm wondering if this would be a reason for LE to collect DNA? To verify who else was at the party?

JMO
.........and drinking alcohol. I don't want to think about what could have been found in the trashcan that comes in little square packages that would also contain DNA.

Imo, LE probably found the receipt or got a tip about the visit to the store early on and were using it to see if Debbi was being honest. I think she ommitted the trip every time LE asked her about the time line and that's probably one reason LE started focusing hard on mom. JMO...

Why didn't LE clear this up if it was innocent when the TV station asked about it?

I wonder what the kids had for dinner that night. Paper plates and napkins aren't the makings of a hot date to me....It's more like what I would leave out for the babysitter to serve pizza on while I was gone...

True. I tacked on a second sentence after I'd thought about it for a bit. Oh those love trysts! (great phrase)

Yes, indeed. Those love trysts right at the first of the month with paper plates/napkins sound to me like mystery man may have just moved....and perhaps DB was planning on moving in with him. I still think that stuff was piled in Lisa's crib, preparing to move. While we know Jeremy came home at
4AM, we don't know if that was his usual time or did he suspect something was up and came home early.

They find mystery guy, I think they'll find Lisa...an alive Lisa.

Is it interesting to anybody that the very first time her boyfriend has to work overnight, she decides to party??? Like I said a few nights ago, "When the cats away the mice will play."

I posted this yesterday; seems plausible now.

What if there were people in the house visiting earlier? People who were known to be in the house so it wasn't uncommon. Kids fall asleep watching tv, mom falls asleep and people let themselves out. Lights still on. If Lisa had been sick perhaps her mom just fell out exhausted and didn't realize lights were still on. IMHO

mom said in her judge JP interview that friends were over with their kids in the boys bedroom watching a some sort of movie... I already commented on this and maybe I am just overly involved with my own chlld but I know exactly what he is watching, where he is watching it, and when. Now, if he sneaks it that is another matter (LOL) but.. if he is watching a movie with friends I am in and out checking it etc and have seen so many of them I know all the lines.

this is biased.

not all people/parents are like this

I don't expect Debbie to be like this

I am just saying I find it strange in my own assessment of things... that she calls it "some fairy tale movie" instead of "the incredibles" or "peter pan" or bambi"

and hey..she never told JP she left!!! she told her she was at home with these people the whole time while her kids watched movies!

and now the latest comes up.

listen to this again:

(I think this is the one)

Small neighbor get together is sounding more and more plausible to me. It seems weird with her kids there, but think 3-4 people just sitting in the kitchen or living room talking and all 3-4 being familiar to the kids. Maybe she drank too much and ended up passed out in bed. And then....?????
It would explain a lot of things that didn't add up for me before. It would also greatly narrow the pool of people it could be.

So let's say DB is having an affair, she thinks JI doesn't know. JI starts a "night shift" but really he's just spying on DB. He takes Lisa and hides her? Would he know someone who would be willing to hide Lisa until this whole thing "blows over" and can get DB put away and take the kids? Have his buddy drop Lisa off at a fire station at night?

Say DB got drunk w/her "lover" and went to bed, didn't lock the door, didn't shut off the lights. Babysitter put the kids to bed. DB didn't really check on Lisa at 10:30. Dad could easily pull into his driveway w/o causing any suspicion.

Still trying to work out this theory in my head.

Or DB got drunk accidentally killed Lisa or fell asleep w/her in her bed and Lisa suffocated b/c DB was passed out. She wakes up and realizes what has happened, moves her son into her bed and hurriedly cleans things up? Could someone intoxicated be able to clean things up that well?

I see 50+ guests among us. Hope that Lisa's case will spur some of you to consider registering as WS members.

:tyou: to all who are working and praying for Lisa's recovery!

I posted this in the general thread, but I wanted to bring it over here:

Here's the thing: I have no doubt that during the many hours of interviews/questioning/interrogation that DB has spent with LE over the past week, that she was asked about her activities prior to baby Lisa going missing.

The fact that LE has subpoenaed this grocery store video tape (after finding a receipt) tells me that perhaps DB may not have been exactly forthcoming with LE regarding her activities earlier in the day.

I agree with you statement but we don't know if she told LE she went to the store or not . . . LE has not released WHAT she said to them.

I guess my issue is all of a sudden the MEDIA came out with this info & so many posters are all over the mom now. I have seen posts where Deborah is now accused of having an affair with the teenage boy neighbor/"babysitter".

IMHO, this is not WS behavior! We are victim-friendly & the parents are also victims until LE says so.

They certainly aren't acting like victims. They're acting like two people who are covering up something - lying by omission. It only stands to reason DB did not tell them about the visit to the store earlier the day before or they'd have viewed the tapes already.

I don't know whether or not she was sleeping with the teenage boy, the handiman, or the woman next door - or anyone - but it would be just great if she'd "fill in the gaps" so that LE doesn't have to find receipts and chase down video instead of finding her baby.

$11 for rotgut, $13 for medium grade, lol. i should know

And, it depends on whether it was a 3 liter box or a 5 liter box! Some of us are egg spurts on boxed wine!

Did you all know that the ever so-sophisticated Europeans drink boxed wine all the time?

Only us rubes in USA "wanna-be sophisticates" look down our noses at decent table wine in boxes.

Good question! And where would they get a picture of this bicycle riding homeless man to begin with if not from?

Maybe some neighbor took a photo of him because they were suspicious of him.

I don't think homeless men are that much into wine, are they? Whiskey or beer would be more up their street.

There are definitely some homeless "winos" out there. I don't think that is what happened here, but I have seen more wine drinking homeless than beer.

I'll endorse any theory which upholds the possibility of Lisa still being alive, no matter how unlikely the theory.

I really don't think a woman with three kids who doesn't work is going to go around buying boxes of wine for homeless men.
