I don't know that I'd be thinking about "me" time(which if we take Terri's account, it was "me, DeDe and MC" time) when my son is gone and I can't have contact with my toddler.

So did Terri see the fact that she had access to none of her children(except the teenager by phone, which was "occupied" at the time) as a vacation? I'm trying to figure how we can continue to talk about the texts as if they are in the course of a normal day for an adult. Jmo

They're a part, and the only concrete evidence brought forward to demonstrate Terri as unfit for parenting time with her daughter. They fall excruciatingly short of proving that. We all make bad judgments and retain our children in our care. That can't be it. I don't know how many it takes, but if these texts are the only thing Kaine has, I'm simply unconvinced of their merit to prove it for him.

Terri's attorney has stated twice now that he had a professional who would stipulate to Terri's fitness, and if Kaine did not find that suitable, then they would agree to supervised visitation.

I'm sorry, I can't discuss all those other reasons on this thread. There was at least one other major other piece of concrete evidence, a letter from the D.A., supporting the MFH allegation.

Ya know, I am going to concede that the text messages were not needed to be included because they have so much other stuff on her. I mean seriously, a letter from a DA supporting the MFH allegations, I mean how do we want to spin that to make Terri look innocent? She has never once spoken in this case to the public, she has acted guilty from day one, and these texts while dont show anything about the child, other than her lying about her, it does show what was on Terris mind and it shouldnt have been about sex and starting a new relationship, because thats a pretty weird thing to do after having your step son gone missing, and she was the last seen with him. There is a time and a place for this stuff, but this was too soon, and with one of Kaines friends, I mean thats just so cold.

Where was that said? Iirc, they said an expert would testify that, in general, toddlers should have contact with their mothers. There's no way anyone could testify as an expert to TH's fitness without personally evaluating her, imoo. And TH's attorneys have always maintained that will not happen.

I am real sure I read in the Kaines court filing that included the sexts, he brings up how she solicited his murder, and was the last person with his missing son. And anyone who acts like her has major mental issues in the wake of a child going missing, and shes sending pictures of her groin on a phone she knows is mointered, its just repulsive, I mean she knows,and does not care. Maybe Houze can consult with Baez about ugly coping?

What kind of psychological testing could determine if Terri should have visiting privileges with her daughter? Or is the question supervised vs unsupervised visits? If it should detect a mental illness, so what? There are many parents with mental health issues who do good parenting. moo

As I see it, the immediate question that needs to be answered is if Terri would emotionally or physically harm baby girl during a visit. Previous history with her children shows no abuse.

Maybe what needs to be determined is how the loss of Kyron has impacted her? How Kaine's public accusations and revelations have impacted her? What has happened to Terri in the last several months without her children, husband,, home, and and under intense media and public scrutiny. How do you tease out that information without compromising or violating Terri's Constitutional rights in possible future criminal court proceedings as a defendant?

Terri may or may not be charged and if she is, Houze has no idea what the charges will be. Doesn't that mandate he inch along carefully and prepare for everything and anything? His client's rights must be protected because if they aren't, even if guilty, she will walk...Houze will make sure of it. If innocent, we can all reflect on the travesty of justice for both, Kyron and Terri. moo mho all my opinions

The letter is not posted. It was given to the judge along with Kaine's statement in the request for the original restraining order.

Why else would you think it would be admitted, other than to show what she had been up to? She wanted Kaine dead, there appears to be evidence of this, I dont think the State made all this up, because if they did, then someone better tell Terri to tell Houze, cause she retained a big time criminal defense attorney, so he needs to be suing all these people who are making Terri look like someone who wanted someone dead and sue them for keeping a mother away from her child.

If you solicit ANYONE to MURDER your husband, you are hands down, no questions unfit to be molding and shaping little minds.

Once again, the judge has yet to make a decision on the motion to compel. But what else needs to be seen to compel Terri to disclose where she received 350K to pay for her lawyer that she says costs 350K...where is the missing context? I agree that you can't tell what was said before or after, but what else would be needed? The texts that were provided were(paraphrased)

MC: Hey, heard you got Houze
TH: Yep, guess how much he costs?
MC: How Much?
TH: 350 K

So what is missing in context that the judge would need to make his decision that Kaine is or isn't entitled to know where Terri got the money to pay Houze?

Well, TRT, for instance in the un-redacted version, I believe the next line is something along the lines of: "how are you going to pay for him?" IMO that is relevant, she might also have said, "just kidding, he's not that much", or she might have said "i'm gonna sell nude pictures of my husband". That would all be relevant. IMO a judge would be remiss NOT to request the un-redacted version.

Who the heck knows what more conversation there is behind those blacked-out lines?
