I am really embarrassed that I read those. For anyone who would like to skip them, the are pretty graphic sexual exchanges between TH and Michael Cook. Also referenced are TH trying to go around her lawyer, Dede and law enforcemnt to have these private conversations. the previous text about her lawyer's normal fee being $350,000, one reference to KH not knowing baby K's favorite blanket or toy

I agree. Texting one's hubby's friend about one's crotch, one's oral talents, one's friend's thong, one's favorite sexual position, and one's leaving a greasy spot on the couch in NO WAY help find a lost little boy...

She can't even pretend that she cared about a lost little boy, in light of this.

I agree it is sad.I just don't think all this is going to help find little Kyron.I just pray they are looking into other things and other suspects also.I do agree she needs help with this type of behavior.I see an addiction with her.She turns to sexual behavior to make her feel better while some turn to alcohol,drugs even food and other things.(I personally turn to food.Pizza hut).

It certainly proves she wasn't doing anything to help find him either.
By putting this information out there she will either have to answer to these allegations and risk incriminating herself, or dig her heels in deeper. This woman is clearly a suspect as spelled out in these documents and anything that may cause her to reveal information could prove helpful.
Kaine has basically said,she talks or she doesn't see the baby.
Up to her.
LE has given Kaine information and coupled with this outline of behavior he is certain she is involved with Kyron's disappearance.
Will it work? Probably not.

Unless some on here personally know her and can add that perspective...there is nothing but a self-serving Facebook account SHE CREATED to counter this.

This is the best insight we have to date.

It may not prove murder...but it proves a detached depravity, an emotional indifference, a lack of self-limits...that enhance our ability to see through the sham...and envision the character flaws consistent with a murderess.

Let's see. Searchers scouring Sauvie within the past couple of weeks. Task force on top of the case 24/7. Kaine and Des attending events, talking to press, doing interviews to keep Kyron in the news. Terri? Nada.

Right now, though, the matter at hand is the possibility of Kaine's second child being placed in this woman's disgusting, dangerous, warped presence. These text messages speak to her behavior and character. Hopefully their submission to the court will prevent harm of any kind befalling Kaine's second child.

The dates are in the document beside each text that was sent. They span 6/30/10 to 7/7/10.

They are doing what they can and following every lead. Some of the leads no doubt came from this type of surveillance. There may be more that was said in texts, to friends, to M.Cook. There is probably only 1 maybe 2 people who know where Kyron is in that vast area of tall grass, brush and forest.

It is like a needle in a haystack. And just maybe this type of surveillance gave them clues as to other people who may know something or who may have been involved.

Absent someone talking, unless by accident Kyron may never be found. Just like little Haleigh was never found. Sad but True. So they keep pushing with this type of evidence and hopefully they get so close to the perp that they show their hand.

This is about Kyron every single sordid detail because this leads to state of mind of the person whose care he was in when he went missing.

In the mean time Kaine is trying to protect Baby K.

That's exactly how I took it too. She says Dede is here(period)...after she said she (TH) was in bed. And then she ends with the wearing a thong sentence and he calls her a tease.

Three seperate sentences.

All the rcvd messages were from TH to MC. I counted 6 blank spaces where she sent naughty pics of herself. I counted one space were I believe MC sent one back. I agree with whoever said, he didn't really seem that into her.

I admire truly that you still have hope...but at this point our goal might be just finding JUSTICE for that sweet little boy...making sure that the person who hurt him never hurts anyone else.

If that person is Terri...ripping off her facade is key.

I'm repulsed, I'm disgusted, I'm actually shocked and I don't shock very easily. I honestly don't know what to say other than poor Kyron, poor Kaine, and poor baby K. I haven't even made it to the newest part of the motion that Kaine filed but all I can say is I hope and pray that the judge will not allow this woman to be IN ANY PART OF THAT BABY'S LIFE WHATSOEVER! JMO.

Maybe these messages (or similar messages to other men) were what Desiree was referring to when she said she read things that made her sick.

And/or they could be the type of thing the police officer was talking about when he said there were things about the case they wish they didn't know about or that we would be surprised about, even though they weren't directly related to Kyron's disappearance.

Just so I don't have to have that image running around in my head when I see it mentioned, I don't think TH was referring to DD being in a thong. DD being there, present in the house, was in a separate sentence. TH was speaking of herself. Not that that makes for a great visual either, but she wasn't saying that DD was wandering around the house in a thong. JMO, and ugh that I felt compelled to try to sort that out.

Anyway...I basically reacted in the same way Kaine did, apparently:

The sexts also seemed to suggest that she likes being, or at least feeling like she is, in a position of power. She feels powerless under such restriction, so what does she do? Rebels, in the most inappropriate of ways given the context of what's going on around her. When there's mention of some kind of personality disorder, it's because of that disconnect, that emotional inability to feel the weight and impact of what's going on around you.
