I might be reading too into things. I guess I just find his responses interesting because if you were to read just his texts without reading TH's, the only detail he gets into is about the case. Well, also because, as has been noted, the context is the issue here. Simply having a seedy extra-marital involvement, in and of itself, wouldn't disqualify her for visitation. He is trying to call her psychological health into question. JMO

Ms Suzanne it is admirable when people want to see all sides. I think the layers need to be peeled off and then we will see what the true evidence is about Terri or anyone else.

In this motion though, I believe Kaine is trying to say "Please don't take a chance with my other child's life".

Could this Mike Cook be working with the cops to gain information? It has been known before that an under cover officer would try to get into a relationship with the perp to get information. Perhaps LE went the route of someone she already knew therefore woulld bypass that trust stage faster?

I really am not surprised. This is TH. In MOO, this is what she uses to get what she wants.

What I find most revealing (ugh no pun intended) is the responses back from MC. He doesn't seem interested at all. In fact it appears to me like he is trying to get information out of her. And all she can talk about is a wet spot on the couch and hoses and golf balls.

I am still trying to figure out why these were released now. Did the media just get a hold of them, or were they given to the media? Did Kaine's lawyer want them released? I'm trying to figure out the benefit to Kaine's side. He and his lawyer only have to make their case to the judge.

I just posted something similar but I do NOT think he was planted by LE. I think it was MC's own idea to try and get her to talk.

Yes, I understand that, but the LS was supposedly the one TH tried to hire. Kaine mentions the MFH plot in his latest answer to the courts. Why not throw in those seedy patterns of behavior/texts too?!?

My guess is they probably aren't needed at this time. MC's texts were good enough for the purpose of avoiding/delaying visitation for the time being.

Could be... but if I recall, she didn't even know Cook until after Kyron went missing. So her history with Cook before the sexting began was maybe 3 weeks.
