Your concerns for the baby are honorable but What if Teri did cause harm to Kyron, and what if she harmed that baby either by neglect, or abuse? IF that baby is harmed or missing like Kyron then people would be screaming, why did they let that baby go back to her mother? You see, with the circumstances of this case, only Teri can guarantee the baby's safety and how can she do that? By being honest with the police. She hasn't been that to date.

IIRC there is an interview somewhere that talks about Kaine having a problem with James gettin out of bed in the middle of the night, and Kyron staying in his room until someone came in to get him -

I never really understood the reasoning behind that, and also thought Kaine was a "donkey" for saying that!

After reading these text messages, I totally understand the reasoning for these house rules.

I am still trying to figure out why these were released now. Did the media just get a hold of them, or were they given to the media? Did Kaine's lawyer want them released? I'm trying to figure out the benefit to Kaine's side. He and his lawyer only have to make their case to the judge.

I am not on anyone's "side" here; just wondering for myself what purpose it serves.

These were released as supporting information to KH's response to TH's attempt to get visitation with Baby K. They were part of those court documents, which I guess are open to the public.

I'm not sure she really did know that Kaine would see the messages. She mentioned how LE couldn't "flash" Michael's phone because they would need to hold on to it for a half hour to do so. I really think she thought that Michael was on her side, and that is why she asked him to lie(his words) about being at his house. I think she was arrogant enough to believe that she had charmed Michael into keeping all of her secrets AND that she was staying ahead of LE. Jmo

I agree, Trt. Also, I found it interesting that these text run through July 7th. I linked an article earlier in this thread where Desiree was quoted as saying the texts were "disgusting" on a MSM report just a week later on July 14th. I wonder if TH asking MC to lie for her was his turning point and he ran to LE with his phone?

I agree.It's a hard decision.I feel sad for this little girl.She really just lost so much,so young.Her mother,her big brother,actually 2 big brothers.I do know and feel and pray everything works out for the best for this little girl and everyone.Nothing,absolutely nothing happens in Gods world by mistake.Thy will be done.I pray they find little Kyron soon.So there is at least some sort of closure for every one.
