Absolutely..I think the van holds a key. Who had access to the van? Timmy and Jo. Where do you think they went in the van? Hank's or Ron's house? The van was damaged and blood ended up on the inside of the van.

You know what? I was just thinking about the road rage incident with Ron and Misty. What if there was a car chase with Ron's vehicle and the blue van? it's not like Ron wouldn't do such a thing....He's already showed us that he would.

This is very probable IMO.

Does anyone know under what conditions tree branches would get caught in the headlights of a vehicle? I don’t believe branches could get stuck in the headlights, I believe branches from a tree would bend and deflect from the vehicle.

i think branch and think that it is big, but there are a lot of trees in FL that have little twigs. Usually an area with heavy brush. If you look in the "rose" thread, at the picture, (i think it is posted in there somewhere) you will see there are a bunch of twigs on and around the rose. (i think there is a big difference between a twig and a branch, but i am a nature person, and i live in FL, people from other areas may see it differently) JMO

I don't know who made the statement, but I recall reading there weren't any branches stuck in the headlight as she claimed....There was a crack somewhere near the top of one of the headlights though.. That was shown when Matt Saffer did his report on the van after LE released it back to the family... JMO

She could have been forced off the road, since she likes that term. RC could have been chasing her. He is not above that. That van could have been forced off the road and sustained damage. Was he p'o'd and grabbed Haleigh out of it? Anything is possible.

But, if my memory serves me right, rc had some damage to the Altima....trying to recall where and what it was. I am going from memory...I need Gingko..lol

due to him hitting it when he discovered Haleigh was missing.. :waitasec:So I am guessing he busted up his hand hitting both the door and the Altima...Yeah right...JMO

Good question Emer, when did that accident occur where Hank sr was injured and put in the hospital? Had to be recent, come think of it...did it happen on that infamous weekend...Whoah?

I also would like to know when Nay got stuck in the mud and who helped her. That vehicle of nay's sustained major damage to the trunk.

and misty the magnificent talking about blood in the mini van and then went on to explain she had seen a deer in it and if there was blood it was from the deer...OMG! A deer inside a minivan??? Oh, goodness..how much can a something year old take??

..........d#$m demolition derby out there with all these damaged vehicles, reckless driving, accidents, leaving the scene with injuries and forcing people off the road. Would you drive there?

LE is telling us or leading the public to tie in the weekend's activities with Haleigh missing.....hmm. The part that messes this up is Haleigh attending school. That should negate the weekend's activities being related. That leaves us with retaliation, vengence, or intoxicated players being a cause. My mind is drawing a blank on anything else. The school thing throws me off.

An accident and harm to Haleigh would not tie in to the weekend events unless she disappeared on the weekend and not Monday. I don't know where LE is going with this clue. We have seen an attendance record that was a copy (almost appears like a carbon) and looks odd to me but others see no fault with it. There is one witness we heard from who says rc was not at the bus stop. We need to hear from more neighbors at the bus stop. I would have thought the press would talk to her teacher and that would have helped with that fact.

I really don't know.. I think the week before Haleigh disappeared... I know he was released from the hospital sometime during the day after Haleigh disappeared...

On that radio transmission, when officer 1256 responds to dispatch he says that he is currently at 116 Tyler. The dispatcher asks him if he wants her to call it in. The dispatcher also asks him what's going on over on Tyler. I think we didn't hear all of the conversation. The officer then says he is on his way back to Green Ln and that Haleigh was last seen about 1-1 1/2 hours ago in her residence. That would put someone from over on Tyler at the mh 1-1/2 hours prior to Misty's 911 call, which would have been about 2-2:30a. Same time as the 2:13a call. Same time a woman is heard screaming in the area of the mh.

IMO, the 2:13a call didn't come from the Tyler St. address. I think the call was from someone over on Green Ln complaining of noise (disturbance/fight) and that call led the police to Tyler St. I say this because the officer says he's on his way back to Green Ln. I was thinking maybe the officer had previously been over there investigating the disturbance not Haleigh's disappearance.

Lt. Greenwood was the one who stated the first call came in about 2:13a. There was also a witness to a woman screaming in the area about the same time. So I am wondering if the person who heard the screams was the one who called the police?

In reference to bolded part---I know it says that on transcript, but if you listen to the actual tape, the dispatcher is telling 1256 she has a phone call. She never asks "do you want me to call it in for you." The transcript is misleading. And the phone call part is mentioned before 1256 has even said she is at Tyler St.

2. When did Nay get her trunk smashed? We know it was fine on Thurs, Fri and Sat. because they put Misty's clothes in it after rc threw them at Dianne's. So when did her damage occur? When did she get the car stuck and where was the car when it was pushed. Unless the vehicle had a ram rod on it I would think their vehicle got some damage also.

3. Who was driving the van when it got damaged and what day did the long scratch and headlight damage occur?

4. Damage to the Altima, with rc telling he punched it. I am trying to recall where the damage was on that vehicle.

I agree and if you watch her expression at the end of the video right after she talks about what she would do IF someone stuck a gun in her mouth you get the feeling she knows what she is talking about... Also, that statement was made when she was asked IF anyone had ever threatened to harm her...Strange reply.. I say..JMO
