The weekend BEFORE Haleigh went missing-revisited

I'm sure that the insurance company would have required a police report for the claim. Does anyone know where the accident happened? TIA.

I asked the same question. (No one answered -- I'm not sure we've ever heard where the accident occurred)

If we knew where the accident happened, we could get a copy of the police report - SUNSHINE LAWS!

I have spent hours searching for any news of a car accident for Hank Sr. There is NOTHING out there--just the family's comments. Hmmmmmmmm

As we review this weekend, I don't believe Chelsea's excuse. There was another reason for her exhaustion. if true. She borrows a van and says she was exhausted when she got home BUT knows how she parked the van. She alludes to someone else taking the keys and driving, damaging the car after she went to sleep.

Timmy says JO was still awake at 12.30 and talking on the phone. That means he also was awake after Chelsea went to sleep. The borrowed van gets damaged and neither of the borrowers say it was them and they don't understand how it happened. If they did not do it that means JO did it or a stranger took the keys from the kitchen. It sounds to me like Chelsea is pointing to JO, as misty did. The question is....is she doing it to cover for misty or is she doing it because she doesnt want to be blamed for the damage? Or did Timmy do it and Chelsea was asleep. Did Timmy help his sister?

As long as it is fact that Haleigh attended school, I am having a difficult time tying in any of these events except for the van.

LE leads us on, saying the previous days may hold the answer...How? The school attendance on Monday the 9th stops the flow of events. If Haleigh was not at school, then alll the events could come into play.

This direction of LE is confusing me. I see it as before Haleigh went to school and after Haleigh returned from school. School is the breaker.

Perhaps that is why I question that attendance copy of mixed types and fonts. Her attendance is crucial.

If Haleigh disappeared after she came home from school how does what happened previous days matter? Needs some more information. Vehicle accidents aside, she could not have got injured on the weekend and gone to school on Monday.

If MC was with Nay when she got stuck out San Mateo way, who would they call for help? Probably her daddy. She was on the outs with RC then. So if daddy comes to push them out and gets bumper stuck on trunk after ramming it, would he get out & jump on said vehicles to loosen them? Could he also get said leg broken as if he fell while jumping & vehicle rolled into him? Hmmmm. Said pushing vehicle might then be driven somewhere & wrecked to cover up. Just a passing thought.

We were informed that Amber was driving Nay's car when it got stuck. Wonder if that is a fact or more deflection.

Too many damaged vehicles around the time Haleigh vanished. Coiuld be norm for them as they are notoriious bad drivers and peoplewith addictions to drugs and I suspect alcohol which is not discussed but the number with this case at the time of Haleigh vanishing is uncanny.

Actually, there could very well be an indirect link--such as retaliation eg for an incident that occurred during the weekend.

Thank you for confirming this piece of information for us because Misty said something to the effect on her LVA Test 2, that her mother went to get Hank on Tuesday in a vehicle and we know because he couldn't bend his leg to fit into a vehicle, it wasn't possible.

Another impossible situation described by Misty is that someone was able to enter the bedroom where HaLeigh was sleeping inches away from her, crouch down to the floor, sweep a sleeping child into their arms, stand up and leave the room without faltering or making a sound. This is a very awkward maneuver to make IMO. Try it yourself and you’ll understand what I mean. Lifting a child from the floor is a lot harder than lifting a child who is sleeping in a bed on a frame. If HaLeigh's mattress had been on its frame, I might be fooled into believing her “abduction theory”, but because it wasn't and the maneuver is very difficult to make, I doubt what she is saying is true.

Misty’s story about being able to see the brick holding the backdoor is another one of her bloopers which doesn’t add up. These 3 situations as well as their being twigs caught in the headlight of the van are exaggerations IMO and couldn't possibly happen but Misty doesn’t have the foresight to realize it and change her story so it is conceivable.

True...but if so, then why the coverup? misty is certainly covering for someone and it sure seems to be rc as she has no problem throwing everyone else under the bus including her sibling and friends.

rc could have really pissed somebody off but I do not see local drug dealers in that area murdering children to get even.

There has to be a relationship with their prior behavior .. it doesn't necessarily have to drug related.

There has to be a way to connect the weekend with the disappearance. I just don't get it if she attended school, why the weekend would be important and how that would lay the groundwork for what occurrred. There may be more to rc than what we know...I would bet on it. I don't think we are talking drugs either.

Have we seen the bus driver and the teachers interviewed? I would like to hear from them about their day on Monday Feb 9. What time did Haleigh arrive? RC says he was outside of the car waiting because he stated haleigh "Jumped" into his arms.'

If rc is lying about this, then makes everything he has said a complete lie. Why wouldn't LE pressure him on that point, if they knew for sure he wasn't there? Pretty obvious they can't account for his departure from work, if that occurred but they sure as heck could have had a field day if he didn't pick up Haleigh....just don't get it! I realize now they can't do anything about his lies because rc has an attorney but they sure could have got him in the first few days.

We must assume LE is pointing at r & m because PDM is mum, teachers are mum, bus driver is mum. rc has not one friend to back him up.

If anyone else were involved other than these two, all would be on camera and talking so LE could get the bad guy. We have the opposite. They are not talking. Neither is ron or misty. They have both lawyered up. All we have to do is figure out who did what.

Other than physical and mental debilities due to drugs, alcohol, I can't think of anything tying in with the weekend that involves these two people.

Have we heard what Hank Sr. was driving when he got into that accident? Chelsea said they had to start driving the blue van soooo....what vehicle did they have prior to getting the blue van?

I just realized that the first words out of Nay Nay's mouth is that Ron threw Misty into a mirror and the mirror broke and Misty's arm was cut up. I have always assumed that the mirror was inside of the MH, now after viewing the video of the van damage (with broken driver's side mirror) I'm wondering if it wasn't the van mirror that Ron threw Misty into and the van mirror was the one broken in their fight.

I watched the video I posted again (p. 13) and I am not seeing a broken drivers side mirror. A headlight is said to be broken, though.

Also, did anyone notice the white full size-van parked in front of the blue mini-van? IIRC Tommy was working at the time Haleigh went missing and there is the video of him with Misty showing him her engagement ring-she puts her hand on his chest and he looks down at it. He is wearing clothes that look to be paint or drywall mud spattered-I am wondering who his employer was at that time and if the van could possibly belong to his employer?
