Theories and clues: Specific to when Haleigh went missing (thread 3/24 to 3/26/2010)

If she went missing over the weekend, this is one huge cover up and lots of people aren't talking. First the school, then the bus driver, the other moms/dads at the bus stop that afternoon and didn't a neighbor say they saw the kids out playing? But it is possible that LE talked to them and said "don't comment on any of this"? I do find it strange that there is no Santos in the directory. So was he a plant to go out and tell this story to support Ron? Why is he saying all the negative stuff though?

Santos - who was interviewed by an "investigative journalist" who was here for a grand total of 5 days, and a "private investigator" who, well, I'll hold my tongue on his abilities and intelligence.

JMO & I could possibly be wrong, but I doubt it.

jmo - LE wants to find Haleigh and wants to determine the underlying truth, along with the actual perpetrator(s).

There will be gracious plenty time to arrest the accessories and anyone who obstructed justice after there is an arrest made for capital murder or [hopefully & in answer to so many prayers] kidnapping. The principal charge(s) must first be made.

Y'all can thank Casey Anthony for the lessons learned by FDLE and FBI.

I'm probably the one who posted that an adult must be present to pick up children from the bus stop. I have children enrolled in local elementary school.

The person who called the school is no longer allowed to post here. When I said cover up I meant they are keeping quiet for LE. Sorry, didn't mean to imply something sinister in Satsuma. You are right though, there are people who just insert themselves for 15 minutes of media time.

Nah, it wasn't you, Bern is right it is a different former member.

It was posted that contact was made with the transportation department or the bus garage( not sure if that is what it was called). The conversation is in the Haleigh bus stop thread here at WS. I hope that my post is okay, seems like I read somewhere we aren't supposed to name members or talk about members( I tried to avoid that Kimster!)

I can't vouch for or question someone else's veracity, but y'all can try this:

Think of an elementary-school-age student whose name and school you know of. Call the transportation office in that school's district and ask them for the drop-off time at that child's bus stop and if that student rode the bus last Friday.

If nothing else, it's a nice check of your own area's student safety and privacy policies and procedures. I look forward to hearing what you're told.

Thanks for the info, bunny. Do you have any more information on this because I heard misty say this.....but is it true? We hear Hank sr. was the legal owner.

My reasoning is that Hank did not have a car prior to Feb 9 because he borrowed Chelsea's newly purchased vehicle that weekend..

I can understand your support for Law Enforcement, especially considering that you are from that area and all. I have a question though.

Do you feel that law Enforcement has been honest with the information that THEY HAVE divulged through media sources, such as the statement about Tommy C and when he told them he went to 202 Green lane and knocked on the door?
There have been others who said LE are lying and that Tommy was the original tipster in the very beginning of this case when the info came in that Misty might not have been home the night Haleigh went missing. I personally do not feel this is the case because I do not believe that Tommy was questioned until about 18 days after Haleigh went missing and the tip about Misty not being home came about 7 days into the investigation.

As well they should be... However IF Haleigh was not in school on the 9th LE would know this..or should know this... IMHO..There is no God given reason under the sun LE shouldn't have arrested Ron C in the beginning...Afterall he stated almost immediately he was the one who picked her up from the bus stop, took her home, she loved on him and told him she would see him when he got off work...JMO

..When exactly did misty go MIA? I had always believed it was mid week of the prior week on a Wednesday. WBG says he met her Thur/Fri....hmmmm...don't know.Was it the prior week? We shall see.

Let's see..Nay has accident with her car. She leaves the scene. It was reported and LE caught up with her in fron on WBG's house or his mother's house. Just by coincidence and because it was so hot, his mother invites the criminals in her house. misty sees wbg's pic and has to meet him (all gushing). OKAY, when did they meet?

The accident and report took place on Jan 27. which was a Tuesday,almost two weeks before Haleigh disappeared. I was led to believe the accident happened on the 3rd but that doesn't appear to be the case by the court records. She was notified on the 3rd but was written up on the 27th. Misty was with her when she got the ticket as WBG's mother invited them into her house
As usual, all the stories may be true but the days the players say things happened are not correct.

This entire party with WBG may have actually occured the prior weekend not the immediate weekend before Haleigh went missing

I also am beginning to see exactly why LE is having the problem. Every thing every one of these people tell us cannot be taken as the truth. The timelines do NOT match with what any of them say. This whole case is based on lies and we should not be taking any of their words or basing a premise on their timelinel. I have suspected from the beginning that some things happened, JUST not when they say it did.

For the longest time, I was concentrating on the hours before Haleigh vanished. I was wiling to go as far as Monday the 9th but that was it. I could not understand why LE needed to go back so far...it is now becoming clear. When did Haleigh actually go missing?

Let's sart with trying to find out why Haleigh missed school on Thursday, the 5th, and Tuesday the 3rd or was it Monday the second? I am losing my mind with this case and their stupid lies. Each hour in passing is leading me down the path with LE. They have to find out what these players were actually doing for at least two weeks prior. misty may have had a pattern. What was it?

It is a good possibility that misty was seldom home on Green Lane. She may have taken off every weekend or even during the week and left the children. She also could have harmed Haleigh and RC has to cover because he knew she wasn't home most of the time. He also could have harmed Haleigh and misty suspects it but isn't sure. She is covering for both of them.

I think this is the same thing LE may be thinking and neither will give the other up. May they rot in prison..:behindbar

One more thought...I was reading that misty shut off her phone the entire time she was with Greg, according to Greg.

I believe they had arguments about babysitting but I don't beleive it was just that night or that particular time. Misty did not want to be there and she probably wasn't for the most part.

The Cummings family is protecting her and insisting she was there to cover for rc and make him appear to be a responsible parent. They have managed to account for her presence up to the time rc was at work. This clearly saves him from suspicion and makes the abduction seem more likely to have happened. They insist she was mature and the best "mommy" the kids could have. This also endears people to rc at the same time because in some minds this assures people that he was a good daddy and a responsible parent. Well, nothing can be further from the truth.

I know the whole timeframe thing is frustrating. The best narrowing down I've seen is on the bald guys site--the interview with WBG.

Page says he’d never met Misty until that Thursday, when she fled Ronald and got the ride from Prevatt, an old Misty acquaintance who knew Ronald from Amber Brooks days. Greg said he didn’t know Ronald Cummings. But he was sure hitting it off with his girls.

He also narrows down Misty's time of return:

In our interview, Page says he last saw Misty about 4 a.m. Sunday, Feb, 8, and learned later she was going to visit her father, laid up in the hospital from a car accident, busted leg.

Granted, we can't always trust AH for accuracy, but where else can we find any real info? What I find interesting on the last quote is that WBG heard LATER that she was going to see her dad. So, did MC even know about the mystery accident until she got to her brothers house? We don't even know for sure when that occurred since there
is no accident report anyone has found. There were comments that it was 2 days before Haleigh disappeared. If she technically disappeared on Tuesday, does that mean the accident could have been as late as Sunday? This case is driving me crazy! :banghead:

I think the accident was nailed down to Sunday Doobie. This is another coincidence in this time-warped saga.

I just looked at the court records on nay and it appears her accident was two weeks prior and misty was with her when the officer wrote her up. I wouldl like to see the time of day that wreck occured also. Why hasn't the media grabbed onto these reports?

That accident with Hank sr. bugs the heck out of me. Where did it occur? Where is the LE report? Can somebody go the court house or plice department and get a copy of the report? If I were therr, I'd be wearing out the courthouse steps.
