Theories and clues: Specific to when Haleigh went missing (thread 3/24 to 3/26/2010)

Is it a fact that Hank Sr was in a hospital in Gainsville? If so, that could be the clue. He had to go to a county hospital because he is probably on medicaid. Why Gainsville?

I hope we weren't led astray again with hearing Hank was in Gainsville that weekend of the car wreck. At what point did misty learn of his accident?

I just learned that the hospital in Palatka accepts medicaid. So either Hank did not have the accident locally or there is a reason he was driven to Gainsville.

Why would Hank Sr. have medicaid? Wasn't he working prior to this accident?
I thought medicaid was for children... not adults.

Well, it is a pretty secure fact that Neves lived far away in Fruitland Park/Lady Lake. This is the key to the case, imo.

For her to not be available early, she was not close, imo. She had to call a "family member" (words used by her way too guarded) to assist at the MH and check on the kids (her words).

IMO, this equates with her not being local and receiving calls for help WAY before 3:33am.
She was dressed and there at the same time as the LE, dressed just by coincidence in a sheriff's sweater, white pants and a diamond necklace. This was done to gain access to the MH and be close to RC and to have the ability to speak for him....which she did. If you recall, she even described misty as wearing her pajamas/sleeping clothes too.

Just my :twocents: here but I think that the "family member" that she called to go over to the MH that night is the NURSE who supposedly came over with GGMS.

On the video from AH "Misty's Pal NayNay Talks" NayNay says that she dropped Misty off at her brother's house and that Misty said that she had to go to Ronald's house on Monday morning to watch the kids.

In the video Misty doesn't say that she is watching Ron's kids, she says the following:
Nay Nay says she dropped Misty at her brother’s house. “She was like, ‘Gotta go to my brother’s house, gotta watch the kids in the morning….So I said, ‘You’re going to Ronald’s house, and she said, ‘No, I’m not, no I’m not…Come back in the morning, and help me watch the kids,’ but I didn’t end up doing that.”

I could be wrong but I thought it was Shands. Isn't that Jacksonville? My guess is he had to have surgery--pins in leg--something that couldn't be handled at Palatka. It's more of a major surgery than a lot of broken legs. JMO

OOPS wanted to add that the VA is in Gainsville--not sure if HC Sr was ever military or not.

This story about misty not wanting to babysit, changing her mind, but only if it was okay with ronald makes absolutely no sense....at least according to the story of rc saying he kissed Haleigh "Goodbye" and left for work..UNLESS he left Halieigh alone in the house. (which I suspect)

Misty told investigators that rc kissed Haleigh, jr and Misty before he left for work.

Now we have the story TN begged and bargained with misty to babysit. WTH!

I've been thinking along the line that some small part of each lie is a part of the truth.
1. Maybe Ron was telling the truth about when he last saw Haleigh.
Could Ronald have kissed Haleigh a final goodbye kiss because it was to be the last time he would ever see her.
2. Was Haleigh dressed in her favorite outfit for the final resting place?
3. Was Jr. taken away by GGMS so that he would not know anything that was happening at the MH?
4. Was Haleigh's bed cleanly made up and her little body dressed in her favorite outfit then laid on her bed and a sheet put over her.
5. Was the back door propped open for the person responsible for Haleigh's disposal could come in and take her away?
6. Did the "Disposal Person" temporarily put Haleigh at the dumpster just long enough to get his truck and come back to pick her body up. (He surely wouldn't want his vehicle seen at the MH that night. May have parked at the dumpster, walked to the MH?
7. Was Misty with Teresa waiting close by at the railroad tracks, for Haleigh to be removed from the MH?
8. Or was Jr. put into the big bed asleep just prior to the "Disposal Person's" appearance in the MH? Was Jr. slighly awake and remembers someone in black bending down, picking up Haleigh and taking her away?

I remember way back when NG said Misty didn't want to watch "Ron's children" that night and thinking no she didn't want to watch her "brothers' children", but NG has stuck with it being Haleigh and Jr

I don't know if this is the electrical company Tommy & Hank werked for, but I know several guys who werk for Miller Electric in Gainesville.
