It wouldn't necessarily have to be the owner, would it? There could be any number of people working there and if Ron knows one he might know the others.

Is there any way to cremate anybody by accident? Do they look and check if you bring a black bag and say it's a decaying dog?

I just can't imagine trusting anybody so much that I'd ask him to destroy a child's body. How could I be sure they wouldn't call the cops?

Donjeta, that's what bring me back to the drugs. It is unreal the lengths to which an addict will go...

ITA. This sounds like a very plausible theory to me. Fits well with the dumpster hit too. HaLeigh could have been left there for a short time before the deed was done....IMO. :furious:

Still haven't found video yet, but here's another brief excerpt from article dated

Watts said less than $5,000 has been given to the Haleigh Cummings Relief Fund at Bank of America. The bank will not provide information on the account, citing privacy reasons.

Supporting the family

Less than $1,000 has been spent on the insurance and other bills, Watts said. Set up by the bank under rules outlined by Florida law, money from the account cannot be used in support of Haleigh's mother because she was not living in the house at the time of the disappearance.

Watts, who goes to the church Cummings attends, knew him from landscape work Cummings did at Watts Funeral Home in nearby San Mateo.

Watts said any withdrawals from the account must be approved by him and be used for a specific bill and certain expenses. In the past week and a half, donations have trickled off, he said.

Since the beginning only a handful of small checks came from out of state, with most of the money coming from within Putnam County.

A local church placed donation jars in the area and donated to the account.

"The lady didn't know what to do with it," Watts said. He said he told the church he could only accept money for Cummings. He did not know if some of the cash went to Sheffield...

Cummings' grandmother, Annette Sykes, said the family kept a journal of donations.

"We wrote the names and addresses down," she said.

After money in the Cummings account is no longer needed, the remainder will be sent to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Watts said.

A distribution of the donation funds for Ron's family expenses would be a good way to exchange cash for drugs. No risk for the person "donating" IYKWIM. I'm curious, if and I say if, there are funds left in the donation account could Ron in anyway use it toward legal counsel or bail? That would be a shame.

Wow! I thought they had found a PLASTIC rose, not a real one!!:waitasec:

It WAS a plastic rose--but you can still tell if its faded or whatever. Last night when I looked up Watts & found the pet crematorium I wondered what kind of regulations govern pet cremations. I would guess not quite as strict as humans, but lets face it, a 5 year old isn't any bigger than a large dog :(

Indeed very plausible...
For months I have been totally stumped as to where Ron or a relative of his could have put Haleigh and will admit I have come up with some horrific places...Sorry to even type this...Gator infested waters, quicksand, buried her somewhere out in a swamp..The river.. The list goes on...
But since I have always believed TN and GGMS were told and knew almost immediately what had happened to her (the more I thought about it )I realized they would have never ever allowed Ron C or anyone in his family to have ever disposed of her in any of those horrific ways I had imagined.

Also, IMHO they have never seemed too distraught over not knowing where she was, I would have been bonkers if it were my child or my grandchild.
And IMHO they have never ever seemed to be really interested in pleading her return either..

Thats all I got right now.. Still pondering all this..

Well I dunno but if anyone helped Ron destroy a body I'd say Ron owes him money and not vice versa.

Wow! I thought they had found a PLASTIC rose, not a real one!!:waitasec:

I to thought it was a fake rose. I had read an article that had a picture of a rose that looked real (By Steph http://stephww.wordpress.com/2009/08...re-haleigh-is/ ), but always thought it was a fake rose.
Could it be Possible it was taken from GGMS house and planted there by Misty or someone else? I find it odd, real rose or fake, because due to weather conditions the rose would not of been in such good condition unless it was planted there a day or so before. The wind/rain would of blew it away I would think. How was the rose found in the exact spot? Odd...just Odd. IMO

Saturday Search for Haleigh
"Snip" Mike Adams Updated: 8/29/2009
PUTNAM COUNTY, FL --EquuSearch and Putnam County officials are out again after a comment by Misty Croslin-Cummings revealed a possible new detail. According to the Gainesville Sun, Croslin-Cummings mentioned something about a fake rose and that was enough for EquuSearch to begin a new hunt for clues.

First Coast News has learned that EquuSearch is leading the operation and Putnam County officials are monitoring.

According to Tim Miller of EquuSearch, Croslin-Cummings "miserably failed" the tests. The tests were video taped and the fake rose comment was made off camera.

Under hypnosis, Misty Croslin Cummings told searchers to look for Haleigh near a rose left in an undisclosed area in Putnam County.

I saw that Em, figured there was some connection, just not sure how significant. I think we can safely say it's more significant than any "church" connection tho... lol ;)

No friend :( Is there a title for video so I could search the website or something? TIA!!

BBM

I wouldn't be able to function if this was my child. That's especially what makes this seem very possible. They have all gone back to their everyday lives. None of them are pleading for her return and it's because, IMO, they
all know where she is.

Em, great points about the noticable reactions of the Grandma and great grandma. Their energy concerning Haleigh's disappearance is focused mainly on defending Ronald and lately dismissing Misty behavior, personality and family background.
I am in complete agreement that both these women, TN and AS have information about what happened to Haleigh. They have too, why else would they so readily offer excuses for Ron's behavior? It's more than motherly love coming from TN and AS, they are also trying to distance themselves from this case while supporting Ronald.
