LE usually struggles to get the absolute correct facts out .

Something is amiss here.

Either they are putting out correct information or they are purposely misleading us/them with false facts.

If LE allowed anyone to be alone with the only eye witness to a possible kidnapping or foul play, then....gosh, I would just, I don't know. Would they do that?

Elle I don't know but GGM stated that she is the one who drove Jr. over to be talked with.

Tn and gma were there for the rescue, that's for sure, Elle. They were in that MH and at the crime scene. They should never have been allowed there either. Maybe TN's sweater gave her credibility...imo, that is the reason she wore it and got there so quickly. In the confusion of the first few minutes, she would be unaddressed by LE.

She was interviewed and called her mom all before she called CS by 3:49. She certainly didin't call AS driving 100 miles an hr and she didn't call her before she left either because she had no time and never mentioned it. Ron called her after 3:33/4...the math doesn't add up...mo.

If Misty was really responsible and I mean really responsible there is no way the Cummings would cover her bum , NO WAY !

Blood is thicker then water with this family, that is blantantly obvious to me anyway ...

If ron found his gun missing, he track that person down like a hound dog...I have no doubt..rc LOVES his guns and they are his "heart". I can see the smoke blowing out his ears if he discovers one of his guns missing and misty would bear the brunt of it if she was there. In fact I can see him responding the exact same way he did on that 911 call...yelling and cursing at misty on "How could you let my gun get stole, b#$#h?"

:waitasec:
What I'm a bit confused about is that the gun was reportedly stolen on Monday the 9th of February. Misty in one breath talks through the entire day and nothing is said about the three amigos coming over. Remember, she and Ron and Jr. slept all day until it was time for Haleigh to come home and according to her, Ron went to pick her up because Jr. was asleep and Misty stayed with him. Then in the LVA, she states that the three amigos came over and then the gun was stolen. Then on the same day that Haleigh was reported missing, Ron instructs Misty on where to find the gun. And ta! da! she finds it exactly where he instructed her to find it. :waitasec:

Somebody help me here, please! According to Ron there wasn't an argument about a gun with Joe or anyone else. In fact Ron refuses to put Joe or Tommy or Timmy anywhere in the total picture. However, Misty doesn't have any problem with putting Timmy, Tommy and Joe at the home on Monday and the gun missing and finding the gun on Tuesday. Help me figure out this Twilight Zone episode.

ETA: If several people's story is true about Ron fighting over the theft of a gun then IMO he had to have left work to confront Joe about the gun. Or he confronted Joe on Monday afternoon after discovering that the gun was missing. This really screws up the timeline. Misty reported that Tommy and the children came over at around 5pm and she smoked pot with Tommy while they watched the children play and the AC man was doing a seasonal check on the AC. She stated that the three of them came over during the day but Tommy came over with the children in the afternoon. So, have we heard any story from Ron about what he did that day? I did read somewhere that he supposedly worked on tree work that day for Katrina but I've also heard that he didn't work that day but went to go collect money on tree work that day but was not paid because he had not finished the job. INput anyone?

I could be wrong, but I thought GGS said about Jr--he was with me. He never said anything about a man in black or something to that effect. Did she actually drive him though or just accompany him to the police station in a squad car?

She drove him there, I have to get dinner done right now but I will find the link. I think it was in a video with GGM in it shortly after the statement came out about the man in black IIRC...I'll find it in a bit :)

The other thing that bothers me is that GGM is the one who took JR. down to LE or whoever for questioning. Anything could have been put in that little boys mind on the drive there for him to say, anything.

And I definitely think that a story was planted into that little boys mind. I have grandchildren Jr.'s and Haleigh's age. At nearly four years old they would have told me everything that happened, in detail. I think Jr. was at GGMS and he was told that he was asleep in bed at Ron's MH and made to believe it. LE should have taken Jr. to the station to be questioned.

Don't know Doobie but a good question.

About the gun story.

1. Ron would hide his gun if he knew LE was coming.
2. Le may have found the gun, not misty.
3. Somebody really may have taken it from the MH but why hide it at Tommy's? Unless it was tommy that took the gun.
4. Did rc instruct tommy or misty to hide the gun for him?
5. Did JO take the gun for any number of reasons?

....JO and tommy may have removed it from the house to protect misty even...rc was crazy with rage (my assumption) and they may have taken it so he didn't use it on misty.

....so many possibilities..

Another fact that left us wondering. LE did not straighten this one out either.
I am curious as to what type of gun they found...and where they found it.

When I first arrived at the prison, I was confused because I saw female inmates and knew I was in a male prison..??

Come to find out they were in the process of sex change...paid for by the State. Now this group of people provide many services for the male inmates such as keeping their clothing presentable. Love aside, their shirts are pressed and the shoes are spotless and jeans are immaculate..one can tell the guys that use their services.

As this continued and their looks were turning to very feminine, the state pulled a good one...the State decided that if they were going to go completely female at State Expense, then they were going to be shipped to a Female Prison...LOL.

They want NO part of that and things went very quiet and the demands for hormones provided with the intention of sex change came to a halt....

This cannot be true. The only reason I believe it is because you said it. OMG

Evening LT....my eyes are totally bugging out right now. I will try to explain quick like. The night the gun was stolen, according to Misty during her LVA, Timmy( the good brother that RC liked) came over with Joe and Tommy. This was actually weeks before Haleigh went missing, not the day of the 9th. Misty explains that the next day RC noticed the gun was missing so he instructed Misty( by phone) where to look. Misty was at Tommy and Lyndsy's searching for the gun and couldn't find it, when she was leaving she said she saw a board over the ditch(culvert) and RC said look in the culvert.....and that is where she found the gun.

Misty goes on to state during the LVA that RC didn't think Timmy took it because he was the brother RC liked. I transcribed the whole LVA where she talked about all this....I will search it and link it tomorrow. Also, Lyndsy talked with Art Harris about the gun being found in the culvert too, I can't remember what he named that article though. HTH

I could be wrong but my understanding from what both TN and AS have stated about looking in closets and under beds is they were allowed inside the MH after LE arrived..
And from what AS has stated in some of her interviews, Ron C too, they certainly believe they have an "IN" with at least one of the detectives who was in charge of the investigation. And the one I am speaking of was even called out to investigate "RATGATE"..IMAGINE THAT..

One thing clear to me after almost fourteen months though is..Seems LE isn't too interested in stepping on any of the Cummings' toes..JMO

Sometimes things just seem to darn crazy to be true. In this state, the Gov't did pay for their transition at one time. I honestly don't know if anyone ever completed the transition while in prison but the State did support the effort. It came under Mental Health Services. You would not believe their looks either. Many were very close to the surgery...OMG!

This is why I have such a hard time believing all these gun stories. If Joe came over to the trailer that night with Tommy( what she said in the latest letter to Chelsea and Hank SR) especially after the gun came up missing once already and she went to retrieve it from the culvert....wouldn't she pick up her darn phone and call RC...."Hey Joe came back again"...

seriously something isn't right...

BBM.. Please know I'm not trying to be argumentative but where did you read or hear that the gun incident occurred weeks before Haleigh disappeared? To my knowledge Misty didn't reveal on the LVA exactly when the gun was stolen or when she found it.. JMO..

I don't think the stories we have heard are in the correct time frames or even dates.

Thanks Elle--that' the part I was looking for. Unless I missed a different story by her, it really didn't sound like he told her right where to look. They had already looked all over and then were standing by the drive with the culvert & he said look there. Maybe Lindsy explained it that way but I haven't seen a video where she describes it.

Ron's insistence of the door ALWAYS being locked is so "out there" because he went to work and from what we are told misty is there. So how can he say the door was definitely locked. He is adament too. Why no concern about the front door. His daughter is missing and not once do either of these mental giants even think the perp came through the front door.

Anyway, I think rc was worried about his stash and his guns and that is why he insisted the door remain locked. For some reason I don't think it is beyond him to leave those children alone in a tightly secured home while he went to work. He knows that misty is not reliable at all.

I think he was paranoid about his guns and drugs. He believed misty should help him guard them along with his children but couldn't depend on her entirely. I think Hardy pretty much confirmed that JO was at the MH. Misty never mentioned it and we have to figure out why.

Along with that we have to find out why rc denies JO's fighting with him. Did rc deny JO being there or just deny there was a fight about a gun?

I don't know how you stayed in that job, kept you sanity, and are such a loving person. I would be a basket case if I had to endure these people. Bravo to you Whisperer!!
