Not at all in my opinion.. Look at the circumstances. We have a father who had custody of this child and a mother that might have wished she could have custody back, but never took actions to do that. She was enjoying her visitation with her children and taking part in a new relationship to the point of having another beautiful baby girl Chloe. Crystal never petitioned the courts to gain custody of RJ and Haleigh. She arrived in Satsuma heartbroken, her daughter was gone and she even tried to bring consolation to Ronald(refer to the picture of both Ronald and Crystal on bended knee, Crystal with her hand on Ronalds back in grief.) It was only after KP arrived on the scene and I can only speculate as to the conversation that occurred between the two of them. Ya know a child is missing, you suffer from seizure's which tells me this is a mom that does not deal well with stress. Everyone starts reminding you of all the things Ronald did in the past....remember ...we even have alleged abuse photo's that get thrown around. Crystal in my opinion started doubting Ronald because of things people around her were stating.

Add to this mix a 17 year old girlfriend that can't get her story straight, a dad who has a not so pretty past....relatives coming out of the woodwork to choose a side. Yes, it would be hard for LE to stay focused huh?

I want to get back to the brass tacks. A little girl is missing. Her daddy had just moved her into a new home, a home that is owned by a man that rents many locations to registered sex offenders, countless RSO living in a 5 mile radius of the home...Who were the last people to see Haleigh? Who was in the home that day? A lot of people have gotten sidetracked by all the drama in this case.

I don't have one particular theory on what happened that night. What I do have is a family trying to sell me a story I can't buy. I'm such a skeptic I don't think LE is telling us everything as "Gospel."

Four months and all we can do is guess at a timeline, too many morphing and inserting of stories from the cummings side leans me to much suspicion. The only Misty knows what happened when RC married her, leading me to believe his involvement.

The denials and leading everyone to believe a stranger abducted her. That story didn't sell either. No, JO didn't do it.

So far unknown polygraphs from GGM and TN with their version of events.

I pray Haleigh is alive but I'm afraid she isn't. Misty didn't come home that weekend and click her heels 3 times and turn into Cinderella.

bbm, I agree that what you say is true. He had moved his family there three months prior, but he also lived around the corner from August to Nov. So he had lived on the block for six months. I suppose you could check people and/or RSOs who were released recently that live in the MH on Green lane. I'm betting that's been done though.

LE would have dna evidence of a stranger being in the home. A neglect death would mean Jr. probably saw it, or could give more info.
Witnesses say Misty picked up Haleigh, and this is my one big piece of info I can't let go of. Ron said he picked her up, took her to the MH, dropped her off, and she said she would see him after work, but witnesses say Misty picked her up and left buffalo bluff. He is therefore lying about the LAST time he saw his daughter!
This tells me Ron is involved. Imo, Misty must have been there, or knows what happened, b/c she is lying too. If Misty had hurt Haleigh at the MH or elsewhere, Ron wouldn't be going along with it. He must be involved directly, imo. I can't get him out of the scene, no matter how hard I try. Yet, he was at work his whole shift. Therefore whatever happened to Haleigh, must have happened at whatever place Misty met Ron after picking up Haleigh from the bus stop.
I just have no idea where that is. I hope LE does, b/c imo, evidence will be found there.

I am still in the process of going over all of this info....old and new. One thing I can't get past is Ronald. I have played the scenario's you speak of over and over in my mind and there were days that I thought Ronald may have been involved, but his face and the agony I saw, he looks like a man that lost a child. I don't believe that if Misty did something to Haleigh, Ronald would help her one bit. I think he might beat the crap out of Misty and hang her out to dry. Sorry that is just how I feel.

naw, it will take more than a little reading to make my eyes sore. Do you think that both Ronald and Crystal are preparing for a custody battle? I don't. Not really. I have been trying to get an idea of what those two have been up to for the past month but I can't find much of anything that can be substantiated. Most recently, the back child support was paid by the donor on Crystal's behalf..but that is about it. I am heartbroken and confused for this little one. I say confused because one thing is very clear to me. After going back through the threads and information from the press conferences, I am left wondering why LE called off the searches so quickly.

When you think back on it, they really were not doing ground searches for very long. Why stop looking? Why ask the public not to look? Any thoughts?

That is a good point. We have 87 thousand people reading and posting here (give or take a couple) most of us pretty smart and many of you veeeeery smart and veeery good at finding information and solving puzzles. Yet, we have nothing. We have some clues and even though some are just sure (one way or another) that they think they know what happened, none of us can say for sure what happened to Haleigh.

When I heard about Caylee for the first time on CNN I turned to my sister and said "I wonder how her mother killed her" because it was clear to me IMO that her mother had caused her to disappear.

But with this case, although I have my opinions about who looks and acts guilty as heck, I couldn't bet on it or swear to it. And none of the possibilities that I have considered make total sense; they all have a reason that they can't be true. And for every person who might have done it, there are 10 different scenarios of how they did (accident, deliberate, conspiracy, single person, neglect, etc.)

So what happened to this child? She isn't Jimmy Hoffa and this wasn't a mob hit. None of the people we know of are evil geniuses capeable of planning the perfect crime (unless they really have me fooled). So what are we missing? Was this done by a total stranger who abducted her and took her far, far away? Or is it much simpler and closer to home?

It's frustrating that 4-1/2 months have gone by and no one knows any more now than we did in the beginning. If LE knows more, they surely aren't talking. All we've really found out is the lowdown on both sides of the family from 3 generations back... and that doesn't help in finding Haleigh!

My bold....Grace I thanked your post and once is not enough. Yours, to this day, is the most honest, un-biased opinion that I have heard in this case. It is a breath of fresh air. I was beginning to think that I was the only one that truly sits on a fence with a leg hanging over each side. I just don't know what to think but I know what I want to believe. What I don't want to believe is that Haleigh's unconditional love for her mom and dad was all for naught. Her life in pictures is a testimony of her love. Every smile was for those she loved and those that loved her.

I pray she is found soon.

You are sweet and I thank you, but if you look up my posts (please don't) you will find quite a few snarky, witchy, ugly posts that I made about certain family members. I try to be unbiased and then I decide it has to be (insert name here). Truly, I just don't know. I pray too that she is found, and it is always possible that she is alive somewhere. I just am losing hope about that.

I just can't buy that this family (All of them) at this point does not know where HaLeigh is or what has happened to her. LE knows enough and has enough to move forward and uncover the truth from what they claim. It is a shame they where looking from the beginning somewhere else and overlooked that key piece of information or forensic evidence that possible could of brought about a resolution by now, but, they have 2 weeks left for the 2ND pow wow and promised fireworks.
I really can't even write what I want to say because of the frustration I have with the way this case has become so messy. The fact that the general public opinions have taken sides in a child abduction case is frightening. I am not wanting to participate in a slander campaign either :blowkiss: against these individuals and will try very hard to keep my posts clear without the slander.
My opinion is this is a Family abduction for the purpose of custody.

The Sheffeild/Griffis Family would be the only ones that would have a motive to take custody of HaLeigh from Ron and force custody issues of Jr. in this manner.

It does seem that no one is beating the bushes anymore to find her. I know that it is said that searches are taking place privately, but if it was me (and I recognize that it isn't) you would be sick of my face because I would be doing a grid search of the entire county, calling the media, knocking on doors. Sure it may not help, but I am one who has to have something to do when disaster strikes, I have to stay busy and feel like I am doing something. I am afraid I would be more of a Cindy A. *LOL* but I would have to keep looking for my baby. Shoot, I did that when my cat went missing, flyers, neighbors, knocking on doors. Found him stalking in the underbrush one day, the little stinker.

And this applies to both parents and the associated step-parents/grands. Their silence has become deafening. Between them and LE I am hearing no chatter anymore.

I guess I would have to know the identity of this "good ol' boy" before I could begin to estimate them at all. I guess if I look at the cast of characters surrounding Ron and Misty I might be able to make an assumption that someone in their past has valid reasons to hold a grudge against them. But to then make an assumption that the person holding the grudge is capable of murdering a beautiful little golden haired child, capable of fooling LE, the FBI, a bounty hunter, and lets not forget a distraught daddy that was heard on a 911 call stating that when he found whoever took his child he would kill them himself regardless of going to jail, in my opinion this "good ol' boy" would have to be capable of a lot of things. I'm simply stating that I am not ready to make that jump. But, I know I don't look at things the way as others might, my opinion doesn't matter and in this case in particular is not the consensus....but I am okay with that.....lol:crazy:
