This is only my theory, I'm sure some of you share in some if not all of my thoughts...
Billie is a tiny woman, that is fact, she is in fact taking narcotics on a seemingly regular basis. Depending on what she is taking and how much she is taking I feel it is safe to assume that at night she is pretty much out cold.
Hailey had just recently started sleeping in her own bedroom again due to the TV she got for Christmas.
DD was sleeping out Sunday night. Last saw his sister playing Xbox, in his opinion, based on her skill level of the game (call of duty) he expects her to play anywhere from 2 - 3 hours, if I recall correctly DD last saw Hailey around 9pm, playing the game in his room.
I wholeheartedly feel that Sunday night once everyone was tucked in and Billie said her goodnights to Hailey, she went to bed around the 10pm time she last saw her daughter, again she is out cold due to the "meds" ( i use that term loosely) she is taking.
Sometime during the last known time of DD seeing Hailey and Billie stating she said goodnight to her in her own room watching TV around 10ish, Hailey decided she didn't want to play anymore for whatever reason and went into her own room to watch TV and fall asleep.
Once Billie is asleep, Shawn decides this is the time to act upon his urges for Hailey, maybe by asking her if she wants to play COD with him, back into DD's room they go to play the game. That is why it is so imperative about DD stating Hailey was playing the game, Xbox shows when and who logged in last, and how long they played, because I believe it will show 2 users playing that night.
I know items from Hailey's bedroom were removed but does anyone know if anything from DD's room has been taken for forensics.
I cannot bring myself to type what may have transpired in those hours between Billie going to sleep and Shawn leaving for work in the morning.
I think Hailey was taken out of the house in the night and her bed was made to look like she was in it. The comment early on from Billie stating that to "ease her mind" she checked on Hailey in the morning, I believe this stems from the fact that in the night, in her drug induced sleep she recalls Shawn not being in bed next to her. Whether or not she is a good mother has no bearing on the fact that parents have a gut feeling.
Shawn leaves work before Billie even gets up, again if I recall correctly, goes to work, maybe Hailey is even in the car, he goes to work decides there is no way in heck he can stay at work. I think those early morning calls (the 3 that were deleted) was Shawn speaking with Billie to make sure that she didn't find out or realize that Hailey wasn't home.
Shawn goes into "cover his
*" mode and here we are today.
I think Billie is responsible due to her bringing Shawn into their lives, I don't think she had anything to do with it at all, and I think she honestly wanted to believe that there is no way he, the man she loves could harm her child. yes she has made some horrible actually beyond horrible choices since Hailey has been missing, her drug use has left her void of maternal instincts and proper thought process. I don't for one second think that she gave her daughter to him or that she was jealous of Hailey, I just don't see it.
Shawn did this to Hailey and we won't find her until he decides its time to let us know where she is. This is because of his sexually twisted desires and nothing else. I also strongly feel that whatever did occur is filmed either in video or still shots so he can relive it over and over, the act of doing it wasn't enough he must see it. That is what I think he was doing that day that DD came home and the doors were locked. I also believe he acted alone and needs to be put away for life, he is a danger to society.
Again this is my Theory only based on my thoughts from what we have been told thus far.
