Afterall, he had contact with her in the first days after her arrest. Is he immune for some reason?

I would imagine that because he's more likely speculating-posing-as-fact that his testimony would do little to help the prosecution. He generally speaks on what others have told him, mixed with his own opinions. I wouldn't put a witness like that on the stand.

LP would be the worst witness on the face of the planet, IMO. He never tells the same story twice. The defense, if they have anything on the ball at all, would rip him to shreds.

WouldnI have been thinking about this statement and how it contradicts her "story".
Caseys claims Nanny kidnapped her, right? So, why would she expect anyone to "find" Caylee's clothes? Wouldn't her clothes still be with her and the nanny? Just another whole in her fabricated story.

Back on topic. If Casey said this as she was reported to, it would have been a huge slip in her nanny kidnapping story.

Personally, I believe she did say this.

Has it ever been confirmed that two crosses were purchased at JCPenney on 6/27? To my knowledge, only LP has made that claim. I have a difficult time imagining Casey returning to where she dumped little Caylee's body to leave a cross.

Zoey, I see many here do believe that the fact that the reports say "found nearby" to mean that the body was placed nude into the trash bag.

Big surprise :crazy: I DISAGREE!!! The bag was not intact, we can prove that as a fact in two ways. #1. The skull fell out of the bag when the meter reader moved it. #2. Caylee's tiny bones were found scattered over a large area.

If the bag was not intact, and if the bones were scattered, why should anyone expect the clothing to remain in the bag? Wouldn't it be scattered as animals pulled on the remains?

I'm not a fan of LP. No big secret about that! I've wondered aloud before if he is secretly working for Casey, because every time he opens his mouth he contradicts his own earlier words and just jumbles an already jumbled case even more. So I don't even necessarily believe that Casey said the words "they haven't even found her clothes yet!"

It wasn't made to him, it was made to his investigator, the woman who (he said) stayed with the Anthony's for ten days.

*That's* the one I want to hear from. However, LP also said that *she* had lawyered up.

You sure have him pegged. He'll say whatever will keep him in the spotlight.

One of NG's shows had a montage put together of all his ridiculous stories, reported as fact. The defense would just have to show that video to a jury..credibility shot.

According to LP, the statement was made by Casey to Tracy. Tracy is the FBH. No one else has claimed Casey made that statement.

I remember Tony saying that Casey took a trash bag from his house and put it in the trunk of her car? Was this correct? Could it have possibly been Caylee she was putting in the car in a trash bag, not his actual trash? Would that fit with the timeline, I don't like instigating anybody else, but Casey was pretty desperate to speak with him when she was arrested.

The trash bag from Tony's was found in the trunk when GA picked up KC's car.
It was thrown out before GA drove the car home, but later retreived by LE.
It seems likely that KC put the garbage in the trunk to cover/explain the smell.
Yuri pointed out to CA in interview that the garbage smell and trunk smell were very different.

I found nowhere in the initial interviews conducted by Dets. w/ KC, wherein she was questioned about the clothing Caylee was wearing the day she "droppped her @ the nanny's."

Was it a moot point by that time, considering Caylee had been missing thirty-one days? I just find it odd. Or perhaps in my speed reading, I missed it. Anyone?
