I've always felt that ALL the anthonys knew Caylee was deceased soon after cindys last 911 call. The anthonys didn't even rush to the sawgrass apt complex to look for their granddaughter, the last place she was suppose to have been seen. They never even left a flyer there and GA never even drove the billboard thru there! Seems like all their searching for caylee was done by phone and the internet..Oh and PI services by DC...just amazes me. I really wish LE would hurry up and charge them, they all belong in jail with casey!

The only reason I don't necessarily agree with the date or otherwise rape threory, is I feel KC would have played that number to the hilt for sympathy and CA would have moved Heaven and Earth to find her assailant(s) and had them prosecuted. JMHO

My original thought around the rape theory (#264) was that either KC kept it a secret, making up the "father" - explains why all of the lying, or if she did tell CA, then I would think CA would move Heaven and Earth to not let anyone know (shame, embarrassment). Maybe that is the "family secret"?

Either way, it's just another theory to ponder.

ITA. If you believe that they really bought KC's story, then why in the 100's of TV appearances CA and GA do, did they NOT ONCE say "Zani, please bring her home". come on, not one simple message to their beloved Caylee's abductor? EIther they simply did not believe KC or she told them a completely different version of events... i.e. accident and coverup. Of course they know now cause unless KC slipped and fell on top of Caylee with duct tape and heart shapped stickers, this was no accident.

I haven't read this entire thread yet, so hope I'm not repeating what someone else may have already thought and posted. I feel the reason CA had Caylee's body cremated was because she could stand the thought of burying her. By having her cremated, she still has Caylee with her in her home in a sense.

Yeah, I'm with ya, I can't fault them on choosing to have her cremated.. that whole burying thing gives me the creeps.

One thing that puzzles me, is why did CA have Caylees body cremated if KC didn't want it cremated? I would have expected the family to bow to KC's wishes in this, since they did in so many other things, and in fact it almost seems 'legally correct' to me that the mothers wishes must be honoured in this instance.

My point of view on this is that KC and her defense team actually did want Caylee cremated, look at all the things she could/should have said in her statement on Caylee's death and she felt the need to say I wanted her buried with a headstone??? I beleive it was a "preemptive strike", if you will, for the public. It's the defenses way of saying "See we have nothing to hide", and lets not forget how long the defense had Caylee's remains... Whatever was left of the poor little angel, is now ashes and unavailable for further review or analysis, see my point???

What I keep wondering about are the google searches for missing children's organizations, who did them, and did KFN show up in the results? This case is so crazy that I wouldn't be at all surprised if we find out the As knew something about KFN before June 15th.

How accurate are the computer forensics about the dates of the searches? I can see GA or CA doing these searches after Caylee goes missing or after KC tells CA that the nanny took her. Why were the searches done before? KC would not need to make those searches b/c she knew where she put her. In any event, the search would have to be done after June 16th.

Is the type of science accurate? Is there no room for error when computer forensic expert looks at a computer and states for sure that this search was done on June 15th?

It was my understanding that they were done before the 15th. I would think that the forensic guys who checked the computer were very highly trained professionals, and I expect they would have got it right.

KFN showed up the day after Caylee was reported missing, so the searches would have had to have been done on the 16th for them to find KFN that way.

I wonder if any computer buffs here have been able to pinpoint the date of that search?

I just found this in the CNN transcripts for the 26th November...

I heard it too. I thought that was odd coming from Lee's atty. Does that mean that Lee has woken up that Casey is a big liar, or is that just the atty's opinion?

i think lee's admitted that he knows casey lies (during the depo??) that's what made him saying that he believes everything she tells him sound even more ridiculous.

The thing I have not been able to figure out from the beginning is how CA with the obvious control issues she has and her total involvement in everything to do with Caylee never once asked to meet or at least speak to the "nanny". This has bugged me from the beginning because it seems to contrary to her personality and because she did genuinely love that child I cannot imagine her (or any other Grandma with the grandchild under their roof) not insisting on it. Seems very odd to me...
