You are very welcome...I don't know what to make of this turn around...Luka was at the deposition so he is aware of his client's statements. Could this be intentional and if so, I wonder why ?

The thing I have not been able to figure out from the beginning is how CA with the obvious control issues she has and her total involvement in everything to do with Caylee never once asked to meet or at least speak to the "nanny". This has bugged me from the beginning because it seems to contrary to her personality and because she did genuinely love that child I cannot imagine her (or any other Grandma with the grandchild under their roof) not insisting on it. Seems very odd to me...

I agree 100% TZEE! And also, if they believe the nanny story, why are they not out searching for her? If they found her, it would solve all their problems. The fact that they are not looking for her only confirms the obvious, SHE DOES NOT EXIST & THEY KNOW IT!

Not sure which search folks are asking about - ZFG or missing persons, or both - so I will summarize both. And I will apologize in advance for not going back and providing links to all of the relevant posts. :slap:

The ZFG searches all took place on July 16 at 6:20 AM, 12:05 PM, and 4:20 PM. The person doing the searching was George, as George mentioned doing just that in one of his LE interviews.

The "missing persons" website visits also took place on July 16, right around 2:50 PM. Only two sites were visited: missingkids.com and get-involved.com. These sites were visited by Lee as he worked to build the "cayleeismissing" myspace page.

Cynically, I add that KC could not have been the one visiting the missingkids.com page, as they say very clearly ACT IMMEDIATELY if you believe that your child is missing.

And just the throw one more thing in for fun, I am 100% convinced that the visits to escort sites were done by George and not KC. The visits to such sites occurred during times consistent with George's computer time. They were almost always the last sites visited before signing off, and are preceded by visits to sites dealing in cars, lawn and garden, and sports - or more significantly, employment sites.

i think lee's admitted that he knows casey lies (during the depo??) that's what made him saying that he believes everything she tells him sound even more ridiculous.

We discussed this on another thread. He believes everything she tells HIM. In other words, she tells the truth to him only, but lies to everyone else.

I wish someone would start a thread so we could all post different stories. I have a good one, would be kind of a long post and I haven't completely worked out way to get rid of the car - still working on that part. Can someone start a thread - would love to here from all the creative WSers.

If JB pushed for a speedy trial (after Casey was charged with murder), would the trial be over and done before Caylee's body was discovered? Casey would have a much better chance of acquittal without a body. Is JB regretting this?

I trailed Kc through her many men (sometimes juggling two or more at once) Then all the girls she hung out with and the parties. Combine all these social occasions with her cell calls and text messages, when did KC ever take care of Caylee? I am surprised that KC ate or slept as much as she did. Caylee had very little, if any, of KC's attention. No wonder KC felt no connection to Caylee and showed no remorse or concern after Caylee was gone. Kc never even knew Caylee, it seems.

George got within 3 ft of KC’s vehicle and he smelled “Death.” He opens the driver side and sits in the vehicle and looks around. He notices KC’s purse with her wallet and DL inside, along with other things. He notices Caylee’s car seat and her favorite Baby Doll. Knowing full well what the smell represents, he asks the lot attendant to go with him to the trunk. Opens the trunk, no one inside.

My Wonder: WHY did he take possession of the vehicle knowing what he was smelling was “Human Decomp?” He was an ex-deputy for Gods sake.

George drives the vehicle off the impound lot, with the windows only cracked, because it was raining that day. Drove the car all the way home and parked it in the garage, because he did not want anyone to came back to get it… SO, did he know KC was ALIVE???

My Wonder: WHO would come to get it except KC? Caylee could not drive.

WHY would Cindy go BACK to work?

George and Cindy said they did not know where KC and Caylee was at, so WHY would it take Cindy’s co-works to tell her to call the police and to go home?


If you have EVER smelled human decomp, you will NEVER forget that smell. You will NEVER mistake it for anything other than what it is.

I have more things that I wonder about, but these are the ones that bother me the most and make me have questions as to what they really know.

Of all the photos I have seen, this one really caught my eye. Does anyone know the story behind this one? Could this be connected to when KC first was told of the Dec.11 discovery?

Because these parents like to ignore things until they get so out of control they are FORCED to face them. He knew his daughter was alive because of the calls Cindy was making to KC, he knew she was alive based on her online activity and LEE trying to track her down. What they didn't know was if Caylee was ok and instead of getting to the bottom of that days before, they chose to ignore it - he did it again when he smelled the car. Put it out of your mind.

Then when CA was trying to pick up Caylee - and KC was not giving up her location - it finally came to a point where they HAD to FACE FACTS. The smell, their missing granddaughter and their lying snake of a child.

I am still amazed at how calm Cindy sounds during that first call KC made from the jail to her. KC is yelling at her for talking to the media and getting her arrested on a whym - but there is still NO CAYLEE and still the smell in the car. Had it been me I would have been screaming on the phone - WHERE IS CAYLEE!!

KC was acting as if she simply misplaced the nanny and Caylee. She spoke to her that day - she knows she is fine - blah blah.

BUT THE SMELL should have set them off.

I thought that they had recently talked to KC on the phone but had not been able to talk to Caylee? Maybe that's why GA thought the smell could have been that of little Caylee. They knew KC was alive. Or maybe he wasn't concerned about KC only Caylee, who knows.
