Sorry. When did Baez say that the Anthony's had chlorine in their pool. Did I miss this in the opening statement or has it been said since?

I was wondering that, myself. By the way, you have a really cool accent. :D

I was listening with mediaplayer via google chrome - still experienced problems but thankfully not to the degree some others were.

I installed that also after being cut off several times and it worked until the end of the program!

My audio cut out of about 20 minutes, ugh. Really liked it and would have loved to have been able to hear all of it. I had to keep leaving and coming back in for the first 20 minutes.

I really enjoyed the show, but had quite a few problems with the audio cutting out at various times.. I kept having to reload. I hope the show will be placed in the archive so I can listen to it later, to hear what I missed. Tricia has a really nice, professional sounding voice.... her voice sounds like it was made for radio/TV, IMO.

Assuming Casey is found guilty (and I think she will be), do you think there will be any attorney stepping up to do an appeal pro bono? I understand that the state will pay for an appeal only for the death penalty and that is automatic <------ is that correct?

Can someone link Cuppy's post that they mentioned on the family psych thread? I can't find it. TIA

It just goes to show you how little Jose Baez thought out his defense.
Did he mention the bones? UKlaw wants to know if they ever said anything about the chlorine...I believe you were telling us where they may go with NOT testing the bones for chlorine.
You were great Richard!!

But why? This is the biggest case of his career. How could he not have been prepared?

When Baez was talking about chloroform at the Frye hearings did he not state that Caylee's swim suit was left in the car after Caylee went swimming the pool in Tony L's apt complex pool? Even though she swam there in early June, iirc.
The pool at his apt. complex would most likely have chlorine
I don't remember Baez mentioning of the A's swimming pool..but I could be wrong..

RH nicely done tonight. Thank you.

ETA: I actually thought you were referring to him as Little Jose Baez and I thought well that's a new one,LOL.

In JB's opening statement he said that no studies were done on Caylee's bone remains to test for the presence of Chlorine ( and by omission had overlooked the cause of death- drowning). BUT the A's do not use any chlorine products, they stated that very early in the investigation. Obviously another small detail that JB didn't know...
when someone ?Tricia, said posts on this site confirmed that they did not use chlorine RH said that if they didn't then that is a HUGE error by JB.

But that's supposedly where Caylee died...according to the DT.

Wasn't able to tune in, but hope the recording is up soon.

I can't help but think that, given the stubborn recalcitrance of the defendant and her lies, combined with her "two-year old" behavior, that the DT's opening statement may have been crafted despite advice to her to the contrary and may ultimately be "Jose's Revenge".
