Jeremy is the source? OMG! He says he was cleared..?? He has a bit more moxy than I gve him credit for!!

FGS! I just heard him say on video today that LE was accusing him right off the bat. I always had my doubts that LE said he didn't need to take a poly.

Jim S did say on his thread-someone at CNN did report LE had footage of him at work-He said he would check it out!

Having footage of him and clearing him because of it are two different things.

Perhaps they told him everyone was cleared but him to freak him out. Maybe they told him DB was the only one they could see being good for it thinking he might confess.

If he had an iron clad alibi, why not just let him go that night? Why did he storm out?

No HF That fact has been around a long time. I've heard it said before and was the reason given why LE didn't need to poly JI.

It is all conjecture...as we just heard JI admit that they accused him of being involved in the very beginning. Somebody has floated that story around though and it wasn't you.

Was just putting in names and terms in google late one night and doing images and came across this guy in Denver that was a marketing guy with the same name and same look to him if you fixed up Jeremy at bit. Made me wonder about a look alike here. Stranger things have happened. Watched some awful show, Dr. Phil or something and there was a woman telling a tale of woe with a wig on but I just wasn't buying it. Went looking for her online and this person ended up being a human behavior professor at some northwestern US university. Sometimes things are like the twilight zone.

Sounds like a break in this case may be coming. I certainly hope so.

That's another thing. I can't imagine Starbucks signing off on an Electrical Job done by a journyman. Maybe the owner who is licensed takes responsibility. But if JI was running into problems that night, why didn't he call his boss for help? He had a four hour job and it took ten hours..

Our furnace is broke and I'm sitting here with a jacket and a baseball cap on. I don't wear a ball cap indoors all the time but it's not uncommon for me to do so.

If my furnace was broken, I'd be wearing a BIG fur coat and a BIG fur hat (faux fur of course)...so in your case, I don't think that's weird!

it's not a 100% guarantee but i think it's implied they were together?
