So, I have to ask this question...in light of reading the words coming out of both of their mouths, and seeing how they just contradict themselves and each other so horribly, how can anyone think that at least one of them wasn't involved? Wow...

When you are asked to explain something involving yourself. You stay in the constant. The word " I "will dominate. When a shift occurs (out of nowhere) with no explanation of how the other person entered the picture but simply a "then WE"..it is a lie.

These two have both done this from the very first interview. It is obvious that neither want to say they are the one who discovered Lisa missing. They are both accepting responsibility for finding the situation. I expect they both are complicit in what happened to baby Lisa.

No anger that DB was drunk?
I find both of them very strange.

They do not come across as honest to me.

I don't see anything wrong with the cap. He seems to show a little personality wearing it. I had the sound off. I saw his teeth for the first time and I saw a smile.

He should wear caps more often.

if i wear my baseball cap out while biking or walking, it comes off with my shoes as soon as i'm inside...

I think the word "feel" freaks him out, seriously.

In the real world, I prefer JI to DB. I believe JI struggles to be honest and wants to be honest. I cannot say that about DB. He is protecting her from LE just as he protected her from his own parents. Whether he had something to do with Lisa missing or not, he is now complicit in the cover-up.

The only other person that I know who protected the likely suspect in the disappearance of his daughter was ron cummings. He married her within one month of the crime. JI also feels a need to keep DB sheltered and close. We can only speculate why.

I wouldn't be surprised if there were a contract signed between the Dr. Phil show and the parents with a stipulation that they not give interviews prior to the show, especially if the show advertised it as an "exclusive" interview.

The baseball cap - come on, y'all. Lots of guys wear hats outdoors and indoors these days, especially younger guys. Could also be that he's a little self-conscious about balding.

It is on record that he kept his son away from his parents. He kept Lisa and Deb away from his parents and he kept his ex GF away from their son.

Personally, I think he has a cap on his personality. I really don't see him engaged in this horror at all. Of course, I could be wrong.
