If he's not involved, he sure is behaving like he is. No normal person would be so forgiving to the person who lost their child while drunk.

So was DB the problem in why he kept Lisa from her grandma and grandpa and Aunt? Was she also the reason his GF couldn't see her son?

Why was JI like this? Why would he deny people to love his children? That takes a very special breed . I will assume that DB went along with this. Was she the reason for the exile of his family? I have to place full blame on Jeremy for this though. Regardless of DB's whining (if she did), Lisa should have been a part of her grandparents lives.

He not only is a paranoid type, he is also a revengeful type.

He locks down the hatches when trouble arrives. He doesn't do stress. Well he has a boatload of trouble and will continue to have stress, so he better get used to it.

I think as long as he has money, he will be okay...as I see him as the type that guards every penny. I am surprised these two haven't imploded yet...there must be money around. If it dries up, lookout for a storm.

What happened with the court when his parents filed the paperwork to see their grandson?

Did anyone see the interview with melanie and catch DB in the corner crying, sobbing and her brother taking care of her? I wonder where Jeremy was when his mother was getting interviewed? Did he even go?

Maybe the family communicates by taking each other to court. His sister took him to court for under $200.00.... way strange. If I took my family to court for money they owed me, I'd have to camp out at the court house.

I've never found the case, but I don't know if family court is on casenet - divorces are, so this should be.

So what is the reason JI doesn't allow his parents and sister to be part of his family ? There has to be some good psycho-drama going on to figure this one out.

I think his parents must have gifted him the house. He was 18 when it was put in his name and IIRC, they lived there at one time. Maybe they had to get away from him and decided to move. What sort of job did JI have before this one? He hadn't worked for the couple very long. He was in training as a journeyman.

That's another thing. I can't imagine Starbucks signing off on an Electrical Job done by a journyman. Maybe the owner who is licensed takes responsibility. But if JI was running into problems that night, why didn't he call his boss for help? He had a four hour job and it took ten hours..

Whisperer, I agree that there can never be too much love in a child's life, and it's a shame when those willing to give it are shut out. However, there could be some sort of issues with the GPs that made JI feel the child shouldn't be around them. I can think of several possibilities off the top of my head.

You could be right that he's basically being spiteful in cutting the family off, but I can't lay that entirely at JI's feet without knowing more.

Yet, I would still like to know more about the GP's and the GF. What type of people were these? If they were normal, everyday people, that didn't have any record or reputation of abusers, boozers, druggies, et. al. then I cannot understand why JI wouldn't want to share his children with them. Wish we knew more about them. :waitasec:

However, from what I remember, LE is said to have a video from his work site. And I think that if he was 'absent' from that job for longer than a few minutes then he would not have been considered cleared with his work alibi. I am sure he was not working all alone that night. Electricians on commercial jobs need partners for safety and to make it go faster.

I bet this is going to wind up in the same bucket with the 4 year old saw lisa and LE didn't find it necessary to poly JI. Both of these comments came out of the Bradley team. I bet this one did also.

No, it came from me. Something I've wondered about.

No HF That fact has been around a long time. I've heard it said before and was the reason given why LE didn't need to poly JI.

It is all conjecture...as we just heard JI admit that they accused him of being involved in the very beginning. Somebody has floated that story around though and it wasn't you.

This Starbucks is interesting. Why did he not call his boss? There are only 1-2 people in the company. He had the one truck. The job was supposed to be four hours. What happened? With an account the size of Starbucks, I would think the licensed person would be there but that's how things work out here. You wouldn't send a journeyman alone to do a job for a large chain like Starbucks.

No one but Jeremy has ever said this.

Everyone but his wife is "cleared". I doubt seriously he was ever told this.
