Thanks. Do you think LE would have handled these weapons if they saw them? I mean would they check the serial numbers to see if they were stolen?
You know I just watched the video of this on another site and saw it and thought this was the same video but it is not. For some reason the part where she hands him something at the cash register is cut out of your video.
Here, watch this one and you can see her hand him something.

You might be right, I have a hard time hearing certain sounds.
It's a very subtle difference, but I think it is important.
Jeremy is agreeing that BL wouldn't have cried so an intruder could have taken her. In hindsight, a lot of things I think that have been attributed to DB are actually from JI. . . .the phones, the lights, the window, the unlocked front door. . .that he was cleared and the only person that hasn't been is DB. . .:what:
Yes, dear. Unless it was reported wrong in the news media. Imagine having that in your home with 3 children!
In our house if someone comes in unannounced they are leaving with more holes in their body than they came in with. We live in a Castle Law state. We also have bows and arrows, a crossbow and I carry a stun gun in places where I think I may need it.
When there are young children you have a gun safe or trigger locks. You TEACH children to have respect for guns. IIRC the video was when Cyndy Short had media going through the house; more effect than everyday? IMHO
Right! All in his own words.

At around 6:30 on this video the reporter ask them would it surprise you she was picked up without crying. Jeremy says yes and Deb jumps right in saying yes but it depends on amount of sleep and you can just cuddle her and she will not cry. This whole time Jeremy is talking too and seems to be straying from his original answer yes and he ends with a mumble.
It seems strange to me this one question in the 7 minute interview got them talking over each other for so long. I think it was a sensitive question to them because of Deb being drunk and passed out. She knew the real reason she would not hear the baby cry out but did Jeremy know then? Is that why he seems to change what he is saying and just mumbles out?

Ok then. However, (and I don't own any guns, and I do not feel that people should not own them,) but IF YOU DO, they should be locked up.
I don't care what the he// parents teach their children, children will be children. We cannot expect them to understand life's experiences of guns, et. al., just because we "teach" them not to touch them.

But how, Doc?
If that neighbor sighting was JI, which I always thought it sounded like it was, that would put him there at 12:15am.
The 11:57pm call out on DB's phone could have likely been him then too.
We do have that "somebody throwing something from a bridge" at 12:50am. I don't know if it's relevant, BUT time to walk to a car, maybe start the dumpster fire and then drive to that area. . .it roughly fits.
Work. . .home. . .check DB's voicemail (because I think he was keeping tabs on her) and then disposing of the phones some place close, for now. He could have done anything else. . .bending the screen, etc, before waking up DB.
Maybe the stomping off to SB's was really a cover for temporarily stashing the phones.
Idk. . .but I'm working on it! :waitasec:
Here's another thought.
IF JI was monitoring DB somehow. . .maybe the girls had a little extracurricular planned that night, while the men were away. I always thought that seemed like a lot of booze for two ladies sitting out on the stoop. DB look very excited in the FF video. Maybe they had a little party planned. JI is at work and catches wind of it. "That F%^$ B$@^%!!!! I'm gonna teach her a lesson!" Now we have motive. We might have even had, "The kid probably isn't even mine! :furious:" Not that I think that's true, but it could be what he was thinking.
Hmmm. . .:waitasec:
ETA. . It sure would explain his body language those first few days and that VERY weird and cryptic, "Maybe somebody who was cheating on her husb. . ."
Well I thought it might be one of those little point cards you put on your keychain but that store does not have them. http://www.festivalfoodsofkcmo.com/Lisa Irwin: Prime News 10/13/11 Part 1 - YouTube
even better, you see him pull money out of his pocket..or something.
You almost had me here![]()
Until I remember that LE apparently on video, with another person. I will dig for it, but I'm sure that LE confirmed that he was alibied. Steve Young...
I was just going to say that last part-but now you have to figure out-when he left work-I wonder if his boss was really with him all night or if he is on video all the time he is there at the job
Idk. . .it's a problem for sure.
The thing is. . .I think this JI as the one explains everything. . .from the behavior to how and why things were done the way they were. . .just everything. . .EXCEPT that he is apparently on video at work. BUT that came from JI.
I really wonder if JI refused a poly on the 5th. JI says he just asked to take a break, but I have my doubts. Is that why LE said the parents were no longer cooperating on the 6th?
