Thought and theories on Jeremy

I believe at the end of the festival foods video DB can be seen handing PN something.

Maybe she owed him money and was paying him back? Maybe he gave her money to buy the wine and she was giving him back the change.

BBM

Yes, I think that is where the speculation came from. I don't think it's ever been confirmed though.

Idk. .. do you have a link? Did we ever actually see him give her money or PN paying at the register?

I'd have to go looking for it, it's been awhile. I can remember reading that DB handed PN something in the video (as just stated above).

Correct, the assumption is the way the house was seen was the same state it was before the search, when I don't think this is the case. In the case of the guns, how do we know they were not in a closet? Would LE put them back in their original location or just leave them in a certain spot when they were done with them?

Gotcha! I personally assumed the guns were kept in a closet and LE pulled them out when searching the closet.

Ok. .. but we don't really know if he paid. I thought maybe she was giving him change for gas money or something. We don't know. :waitasec:

I think he just drove her to the store since she did not have a license.
We know DB would never think of driving w/o a license, don't we?

Yeah, I guess Jeremy and Samantha couldn't drive either. DB had to call her brother a few miles away to take her...yeah, that makes sense. :waitasec:

I'm betting she was on food stamps and couldn't by the booze with them.

To resurrect one of your favorite topics, maybe she didn't call him? Maybe Uncle Phil picked up the boys from school, brought them home, hung out for a while and then Debbie and him headed to Festival Foods.

My point....we don't know when he got there, how long in total he was there and how he got there (dropped by, came by on a mission, was called) etc. We just don't know.

At around 6:30 on this video the reporter ask them would it surprise you she was picked up without crying. Jeremy says yes and Deb jumps right in saying yes but it depends on amount of sleep and you can just cuddle her and she will not cry. This whole time Jeremy is talking too and seems to be straying from his original answer yes and he ends with a mumble.

It seems strange to me this one question in the 7 minute interview got them talking over each other for so long. I think it was a sensitive question to them because of Deb being drunk and passed out. She knew the real reason she would not hear the baby cry out but did Jeremy know then? Is that why he seems to change what he is saying and just mumbles out?

I guess I worded my post the wrong way. If Deb was not used to locking the door, then that may be why she didn't (IF she didn't, this has not been clarified) To you, shutting the door then automatically locking it may be second nature. But possibly not to her. Especially if she had been drinking, she just didn't think about it. Locking doors is NOT automatic for me. I grew up in a small town, we never locked our door, not even at night. For the most part throughout my adulthood I have lived in small towns, lots of time I have not locked my door. It has only been the last couple years that I lock my door before I go to bed, and yes, I still have to THINK about it.

And the reason I brought up the comment about not needing my husband to protect me is because of a couple posts mentioning DB being home at night alone with the kids, she may be nervous or spooked. My point was that just because Jeremy was not there does not mean she would have been afraid. It doesn't matter to me if I have a house full of people or am all by my lonesome. We don't know HOW DB felt about JI not being there at night.

I am not the door locker in our family, I'm not 'allowed' to be lol; when I had late classes at the university, I can't tell you how many times DH found the house/car keys in the lock on the outside the next morning.

Sure he did...I got the Walton Pic you just portrayed of the family imprinted on my brain....good ole Uncle Phil...

If "Uncle Phil" saw Lisa, he would have been called out to provide another sighting. The fact that it didn't surface tells me he either never went in or DB is covering his being there.

It's very sensitive..they have to explain why DB didn't hear the cry. She was fussy that day but beings she had enough sleep, any intruder could undress her and leave w/o even taking her blanket....

In the Ramsey case, the audio of the 911 call wasn't released until 2003. However, a transcript was released (I think) around 2000. Can you imagine waiting until 2018 to hear the 911 call in the Irwin case? :what: I wonder why the calls are released immediately in some cases, and in others, it takes years or never at all?

BBM: LOL ... no, I can't wait another day ... I am very impatient :innocent: ... I want to hear Jeremy's 9-1-1 call -- like yesterday ...

:seeya: eileenhawkeye -- I am glad you brought up the 9-1-1 audio in the R's case ... That is a good example WHY investigators and homicide investigators LISTEN to those 9-1-1 calls ...

And that is the point I was trying to make : there is so much LE can learn from that 9-1-1 call -- just ask former det. Steve Thomas -- I bet he listened to Patsy's 9-1-1 call hundreds, even thousands of times -- and what did he learn besides the fact that Patsy was lying about a "kidnapper" -- that Burke was up and could be heard in the background ...

So back to Baby Lisa :

WHAT did Jeremy say to 9-1-1 operator ?

Was Deborah "chiming in" when Jeremy was on the phone with 9-1-1 dispatch -- she always "chimes in" OVER what Jeremy says -- so is that something that may be "audible" ?

Were there any other "voices" that could be heard in that 9-1-1 call -- like DB and JI's young boys ?

Did Jeremy report Lisa missing as a "kidnapping" -- did he say she was just "missing" ? ?

All JMO and MOO ...

Doc, listen again.

The way I understood it is the reporter says, "So it wouldn't surprise you that she was picked up without crying." And JI says, "right." But then DB goes on to say she might cry, but maybe if you cuddled her she wouldn't.

You might be right, I have a hard time hearing certain sounds.

Do you think that LE would put the rifles anywhere with the barrels down? They know how to handle guns better than anyone.

It doesn't hurt the guns standing them that way. LE members are trained to keep a gun muzzle down for safety. Maybe that's why they were left muzzle down. JMO.

See that is what perplexes me about it. The guns on their barrels would be more inclined to fall over and scratch the butt as it slides down the wall. I cringe just thinking about it. I would think LE would be sure to put them so they wouldn't fall over. Maybe the media did that for the picture? Maybe they were laying on the floor?
