I was thinking they came out and said he definitely wasn't speeding - it was just a curve where they have a lot of accidents. Why did the LE has to ask his permission before releasing any info? I guess it's when they gave him a choice of reasons for the accident - reading text messages, under the influence, drugs or speeding?

It's bad enough that there is one of those runaway truck lanes when there is a steep downhill grade. I'll bet dollars to donuts that signage is visible to reduce speed.

Looking the other way is lunacy when it was obvious he was engaged in dangerous driving, crossing the medium and across two lanes on oncoming traffic. Not charging him does Tiger no favours. And how do they know he wasn't impaired? They took no blood samples. Tiger's issues involve drugs not alcohol.
