If WM was shot in the head then the coroner would still have the bullet ... and for that matter the firearm would have been there also ... so for that reason I doubt WM would have used (or had access too) an illegal weapon (handgun) purchased by DM ... and if DM did the shooting I doubt he would use an illegal firearm of unknown origin and possibly traceable back to himself ... in other words , in a "suicide" or a "staged suicide" you would expect a firearm common to WM's household.
Check out the properties and ownership thread. DM still had millions, and the MRO was so newly finished it wasn't even given a chance to fail.
True Woodland- with this gang, there's always a possibility that they took pics with the body- nothing would surprise me. The fact that they're laying charges at this stage in the game kind of leads me to believe they must have something good-especially if they don't have a body. Maybe MS is talking after all? JMHO.I think the WM murder trial will be worse than LB's as far as an advantage to the defense -
I can just hear DP (or any lawyer for DM) asking things like 'what do you mean it's suddenly a murder? TPS closed the file as a suicide? When/why did TPS suddenly want to check ballistics, bullet trajectory, GSR etc? A witch hunt?
It's DP's job to raise reasonable doubt - he'll have that imo. The Crown will have the mountain to climb imo (they normally do, I realize that).
No slam dunk anywhere, imo, on trying DM for the murder of LB or WM.
Wonder which one will happen first?
Last paragraph quote..."Kijiji maintains that Bosma was not targeted through their site. In a statement, the website said Bosma never posted any contact information in the body of his Kijiji ad, nor was he contacted through the site by any potential buyers."
Huh? Does this make sense? How was anyone to know where to contact TB in order for them to buy the truck? :banghead:

Thank you! I have checked out that thread and have spent the last week going through it again. It is a very very confusing thread. There is so much confusion on properties and "bickering" on the first number of threads that I found my head spinning. I have had to leave it and go back a number of times.
I still have a few more pages to go through..but I am still not convinced that the funds were as abundant as is talked about. Maybe my head is still totally spinning or I am having a totally thick moment(s), but I Just do not see that "DM still had millions"..
But I will keep reading it again..but if anyone has a direct link to help me, please do share.
On a side note...
I have another question that I have not see addressed here. The property directly across the road from the farm is a private airstrip. Is there anyway to know if DM has ever used that strip? I know a friend of mine owns his own plane and has a private strip on their farm and he doesn't have to let anyone know when he is coming or going. I would assume that he would have had to have asked permission from the owners to use it. Just wondering if he ever did and if that property perhaps had any bearing on his decision to purchase that farm?
Will be surprised if the 3 murders are actually found to be tied to each other - could they turn out to be 3 separate acts leading back to DM? For 3 separate reasons?
When someone stages a suicide with a gun, seems to me they have to put the victim in a position of helplessness (drugs, alcohol for example) then place the victims hand on the gun and trigger, then put their hand over the victims hand and fire the gun?
Regardless of whether the person doing the shooting wore gloves, wouldn't the victim then be missing some gunshot residue on their hand - the part that had to be covered by the shooters hand?
How else could one pull this off and have TPS conclude suicide?
BBM
Absolutely. I don't think anyone has indicated that the three murders are tied together in any way? They are three separate incidents for three different reasons IMO.
I believe this is what is being referred to the three being tied together or linked. Now with this new information about the illegal gun purchase, I'm leaning toward the gun being the linkage tying DM to the three murders. DM used the gun on all three of his victims. MOO.
Detectives have found linkages in three cases tied to Dellen Millard and have combined the investigations into a multi-jurisdictional probe headed by a senior Ontario Provincial Police officer.
The cases the murder of Tim Bosma, the disappearance of Mr. Millards friend Laura Babcock and the death of his father Wayne Millard are being overseen by Detective Inspector Dave Hillman under the provinces major case management system.

I'm taking it that this, first paragraph, in bold, is a typo...
Millard’s lawyer, Deepak Paradkar, said Thursday that his client is pleading guilty to the charges, suggesting that police are trying to turn the 28-year-old aviator into a serial killer by taking advantage of the notoriety of the Bosma murder.
I thought he only had the jeep which was modified to race. Now we have a collection of cars?
Aside of his hereditary passion for aircraft, the young aviator also owned a collection of cars, which he souped up and raced.
This writer makes it sound like Dellen was sporting his red mohawk at the time of his arrest. Wouldn't you think if he had he been sporting that mohawk during the two different test drives, it would have been mentioned in the description of the suspects by the business owner and SB? Maybe CN coloured it again red, (maybe cut) hoping it would serve as a disguise throwing LE off. Did they track him on May 9th, but didn't arrest him that day because he didn't fit the hair description given by witnesses? And could that be the reason for her charge of accessory after the fact and escape? OR just bad journalism?
But then we also had that one article which made it read as if DM's rid his hair of the pink mohawk prior to one of his first court appearances...hmm. Maybe this was his disguise.

Court appearance May 15th. Arrested of the 10th so he had five days before this appearance to rid himself of the red colouring in his hair if that was the case. Temporary colour?
Millard, who belongs to a wealthy Ontario aviation dynasty, was neatly dressed in dark pants and a beige, collared shirt. His red mohawk, seen in photos on social media, was gone, his hair neatly combed and parted.

wonder if dp will retract that pleading guilty statement
I have never seen this picture of Wayne and Dellen before from 1999 when he received both licenses. Pudgy boy he was. Eating too many dog biscuits maybe. MOO
