The article also reconfirms WM died of a gunshot would to the head. Trusting the info is correct.

  • #522
If WM was shot in the head then the coroner would still have the bullet ... and for that matter the firearm would have been there also ... so for that reason I doubt WM would have used (or had access too) an illegal weapon (handgun) purchased by DM ... and if DM did the shooting I doubt he would use an illegal firearm of unknown origin and possibly traceable back to himself ... in other words , in a "suicide" or a "staged suicide" you would expect a firearm common to WM's household.

http://www.insidehalton.com/news-st...ed-bosma-killer-s-girlfriend-was-incinerated/

Homicide detectives believe Dellen Millard bought a gun illegally and used it to murder his father. And that he also murdered Laura Babcock and incinerated her body — just as he allegedly did with Tim Bosma.

The same source has told The Spectator that three men in Etobicoke have been charged with gun trafficking for allegedly selling a firearm to Dellen Millard, which police believe he then used to murder his father.

The fact that LE have stated they have made arrests for gun trafficking linked to WM death tell me that they do have some real evidence. JMO

Check out the properties and ownership thread. DM still had millions, and the MRO was so newly finished it wasn't even given a chance to fail.

Thank you! I have checked out that thread and have spent the last week going through it again. It is a very very confusing thread. There is so much confusion on properties and "bickering" on the first number of threads that I found my head spinning. I have had to leave it and go back a number of times.

I still have a few more pages to go through..but I am still not convinced that the funds were as abundant as is talked about. Maybe my head is still totally spinning or I am having a totally thick moment(s), but I Just do not see that "DM still had millions"..

But I will keep reading it again..but if anyone has a direct link to help me, please do share.

On a side note...

I have another question that I have not see addressed here. The property directly across the road from the farm is a private airstrip. Is there anyway to know if DM has ever used that strip? I know a friend of mine owns his own plane and has a private strip on their farm and he doesn't have to let anyone know when he is coming or going. I would assume that he would have had to have asked permission from the owners to use it. Just wondering if he ever did and if that property perhaps had any bearing on his decision to purchase that farm?

I think the WM murder trial will be worse than LB's as far as an advantage to the defense -

I can just hear DP (or any lawyer for DM) asking things like 'what do you mean it's suddenly a murder? TPS closed the file as a suicide? When/why did TPS suddenly want to check ballistics, bullet trajectory, GSR etc? A witch hunt?

It's DP's job to raise reasonable doubt - he'll have that imo. The Crown will have the mountain to climb imo (they normally do, I realize that).

No slam dunk anywhere, imo, on trying DM for the murder of LB or WM.

Wonder which one will happen first?
True Woodland- with this gang, there's always a possibility that they took pics with the body- nothing would surprise me. The fact that they're laying charges at this stage in the game kind of leads me to believe they must have something good-especially if they don't have a body. Maybe MS is talking after all? JMHO.

Last paragraph quote..."Kijiji maintains that Bosma was not targeted through their site. In a statement, the website said Bosma never posted any contact information in the body of his Kijiji ad, nor was he contacted through the site by any potential buyers."
Huh? Does this make sense? How was anyone to know where to contact TB in order for them to buy the truck? :banghead:

You can email a seller through Kijiji by filling out a form on the site. Unless the seller emails you back, you wouldn't have his/her email address. I guess Kijiji is saying no one ever sent TB an email through their site.

TB had an ad on Auto Trader at the same time and that one did have his phone number listed. I suppose that is how DM/MS made contact.

On Kijiji you have the option of remaining anonymous and having people contact you through the site, rather than posting a phone number or email address for people to contact you directly off the site. It appears that Tim did this, I've seen the ad. And Kijiji is saying that no one contacted him through the site so therefore they are claiming that DM did not use Kijiji to contact TB. They are likely trying to do damage control to their business name. It already has a bad reputation as it is.

TB also advertised with Auto Trader. I have no idea what was put in that ad. I guess the assumption then should be that TB was contacted through the Auto Trader ad? I don't think anyone was able to pull that one. They have managed to keep their name out of this though. I think the assumption is still that it was a Kijiji ad that led DM to TB.

I'm not sure if DM has even flown a plane since his "record setting" flights when he was 14. A helicopter, yes he has, a plane...haven't seen any proof of that.

Will be surprised if the 3 murders are actually found to be tied to each other - could they turn out to be 3 separate acts leading back to DM? For 3 separate reasons?

When someone stages a suicide with a gun, seems to me they have to put the victim in a position of helplessness (drugs, alcohol for example) then place the victims hand on the gun and trigger, then put their hand over the victims hand and fire the gun?

Regardless of whether the person doing the shooting wore gloves, wouldn't the victim then be missing some gunshot residue on their hand - the part that had to be covered by the shooters hand?

How else could one pull this off and have TPS conclude suicide?

BBM

Absolutely. I don't think anyone has indicated that the three murders are tied together in any way? They are three separate incidents for three different reasons IMO.

I believe this is what is being referred to the three being tied together or linked. Now with this new information about the illegal gun purchase, I'm leaning toward the gun being the linkage tying DM to the three murders. DM used the gun on all three of his victims. MOO.

Detectives have found “linkages” in three cases tied to Dellen Millard and have combined the investigations into a multi-jurisdictional probe headed by a senior Ontario Provincial Police officer.

The cases – the murder of Tim Bosma, the disappearance of Mr. Millard’s friend Laura Babcock and the death of his father Wayne Millard – are being overseen by Detective Inspector Dave Hillman under the province’s major case management system.

Well an illegal gun or guns, an incinerator and MS could certainly be considered "links" in the murders I suppose.

MS does not have the benefit of an expensive defense attorney, like DM has, and CN has had a lawyer for some time. He may feel that talking is the only way he can have a chance at a reduced sentence.

I agree with Variant. Don't let DP's mouth scare you. This is a defense lawyer and of course they are all talk. DP is trying to raise doubt before these cases have even made it to trial. Funny how right after DM's arrest he was all about having question and answer sessions with the media and now nadda, zilch, zip. I do realize there is a PB ban but that shouldn't stop him from babbling his legal jargon, and about how zealously he's going to fight these charges against his client. Maybe DM has told DP to shut the heck up or he'll hire DD. :floorlaugh:

The evidence won't lie and will speak for itself. I think LE have lots of that. MOO.

Agreed Woodland .... you worded it better than I did , thanks.

HopingForJustice ... thanks for the link .... I had missed that article where Police think the gun that killed WM was the one bought by DM ... that opens a whole 'nother can of worms .... wow !!!

I'm taking it that this, first paragraph, in bold, is a typo...

Millard’s lawyer, Deepak Paradkar, said Thursday that his client is pleading guilty to the charges, suggesting that police are trying to turn the 28-year-old aviator into a serial killer by taking advantage of the notoriety of the Bosma murder.
I thought he only had the jeep which was modified to race. Now we have a collection of cars?

Aside of his hereditary passion for aircraft, the young aviator also owned a collection of cars, which he souped up and raced.

This writer makes it sound like Dellen was sporting his red mohawk at the time of his arrest. Wouldn't you think if he had he been sporting that mohawk during the two different test drives, it would have been mentioned in the description of the suspects by the business owner and SB? Maybe CN coloured it again red, (maybe cut) hoping it would serve as a disguise throwing LE off. Did they track him on May 9th, but didn't arrest him that day because he didn't fit the hair description given by witnesses? And could that be the reason for her charge of accessory after the fact and escape? OR just bad journalism?

But then we also had that one article which made it seem as if DM's had just rid his hair of the pink mohawk prior to one of his first court appearances...hmm. Maybe this was his disguise.

Court appearance May 15th. Arrested of the 10th so he had five days before this appearance to rid himself of the red colouring in his hair if that was the case. Temporary colour?
Millard, who belongs to a wealthy Ontario aviation dynasty, was neatly dressed in dark pants and a beige, collared shirt. His red mohawk, seen in photos on social media, was gone, his hair neatly combed and parted.

Pleading guilty to charges? I guess..DP is too smooth to let that slip (I don't think)

I have never seen this picture of Wayne and Dellen before from 1999 when he received both licenses. Pudgy boy he was. Eating too many dog biscuits maybe. MOO

We're talking the Daily Mail here. They never get anything right and they have a habit of stretching things, sensationalizing things and making mistakes. That is a typo. And DM is not an aviator. But for a London rag that does all it's research for stories online, I suppose that's what they might think. LOL

Trivia ... years ago as a helicopter pilot I had my car radio on and heard about a 14 year old Dellen Millard who had done a solo flight ..... the radio also played a short interview of the young pilot .... I was very impressed that a 14 year old girl could accomplish such a thing .

It was not until some time later I realized Dellen was actually a guy .... he had not had the puberty-voice-change yet and sounded like a girl on the radio.

Nevertheless , guy or girl , it was quite an accomplishment and he was the topic of admiration in many aviation lounges after that.

Sad to see his present situation , helicopter pilots yearn to save lives , not take them

It' will probably go like this......seeing as how at least one of the three is going to see themselves as most guilty and not want to take the whole rap OR at least one will see themselves least guilty and not want to be sentenced more than their share.

DM probably thinks he's too smart, rich and manipulative to take the whole rap, so.............

CN is thinking I was in it for a good time, not jail time......

MS will realize he's the most vulnerable, with a record and a video......

See, not only do you have 3 crooks in jail but 3 lawyers with skin in the game.
All three attorneys are looking to get the best deal they can for their clients and their own stats.
