Jash, how do you know the ex-fiancée lived in the Vaughan condo? I know it was the same furniture from the Oakville house in her name. And I remember Juballee said she was harassed in her building. Given the latter, it makes sense it was a DM property because how else would people know how to find her other than that the addresses of his properties were printed in the newspapers?

Maybe Juballee can elaborate. I've been trying to understand the exfiancee's financial ties to DM for a while.

Both she and her mother, an old friend of Madeleine Burns, are on the no contact lists for the Millard and Babcock murders.

LB was dating and living with DA in early 2012. It is not clear when they broke up. She charged him with assault in March 2012. It was in June of 2012 that she told her uncle she had recently begun dating a photographer (who he assumes in hindsight was DM). The charges against DA were dropped in September 2012 - after LB disappeared.

I got the "first half of 2012" from this Globe & Mail article: http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news...ing-of-his-father-girlfriend/article17919798/

"Ms. Babcock, a long-time friend of Mr. Millard’s, phoned Mr. Millard several times before she disappeared. The pair had begun a sexual relationship in the first half of 2012 while Mr. Millard had a girlfriend, [SL], Ms. Babcock’s ex-boyfriend and close friend, previously told The Globe."

Ah, I really should have put a ? after my statement. I don't know for sure but I seem to recall in addition to all the furniture being the same, there was something dance related in one of the photos that cemented it in my head. She also taught at a dance school nearby.

I just had a strange thought (theory) ... what if CN was the driver who dropped off DM & MS for the test drive , was completely innocent , had no knowledge of what was about to take place , and headed home or wherever.

Until May 9th when she put 2 & 2 together and realized that TB was the missing truck owner , and his house is where she had dropped them off

So at that point (May 9th) , because she now had knowledge of a crime , and did not report it , it made her guilty of being an accessory by trying to protecting DM by remaining silent.

Sounds convoluted , I know , maybe it is just a matter of careful technical legal jargon by prosecutors outlining that she was not a knowing participant until 2 1/2 days later

As always, members of the Bosma family are here. For the first time, Noudga has a large group here in court for support as well. #Bosma

Noudga, 22, is wearing black pants, a fitted sleeveless white blouse. She has been in custody since her arrest in April #Bosma

So she has her friends there, eh? But Sharlene can't be there??? JMO

Sharlene can't be in court today. Why not? Makes me think Noudga was possibly following in another vehicle that night.

She can't be in court because she will be a witness at the trial. The Crown had said they are against bail and will, therefore, have to produce evidence and/or witnesses to show why she should be denied bail. She also will not be able to attend the actual trial until after she has testified as a witness.

Once the proceedings get to a point where evidence is entered – a bail hearing for Noudga could happen at some point – Sharlene Bosma will likely no longer be able to sit in court. It is almost certain she will be called as a witness at trial because she saw the men Tim left with the night he vanished. As a witness, she would be excluded from the courtroom until after she has testified.

If this is the case, and CN was completely innocent with no knowledge of any crime about to take place, I find it odd that she would just drop them off in the middle of nowhere and go home.

Originally LE said there was another vehicle following, and then later ID'd that vehicle as same as DM's vehicle and were looking for a 3rd participant. Then later they said they weren't looking for anyone else. Why? Who says that CN doesn't know A LOT about what happened, ie even witnessed, or was present during parts of the crime(s)? If she did not participate in the abduction or the murder, then she would be only an accessory, correct? IMHO, I think there (hopefully) is some heavy duty bargaining for information going on between her and LE.

If this is the case, and CN was completely innocent with no knowledge of any crime about to take place, I find it odd that she would just drop them off in the middle of nowhere and go home.

IMHO, you would think that a seemingly 'nice' girl like CN has been portrayed to be, and especially at her young age, would be shaken to her roots after spending that amount of time in 'jail'. Really makes one wonder, doesn't it?

We're taking a quick break now. Noudga smiles at her parents, friends as she's led back out of the room. #HamOnt
