Whatever it was, it was wonderful that they decided to give proceeds to TM. BTW, has TN or RC cotributed anything to any searches?...just asking.

A rose? Oh, that was Misty. j/k

Wow..... that would be a substantial amount of money if all the tickets where sold!
Does anyone know how well the turn out was? I heard that Crystal said it did not do very well.

It would be nice to get the foundation financial statements to see what they have been doing with donations, including this concert. Iirc, someone is looking into this.

His action in warning her doesn't even make sense. What's he going to do? He's divorcing her and he's going to call her, text her, warn her, give her hope that maybe they'll get back together someday. What is going on with him? He's warning her that DB and TM have arranged this time with them to gain information and yet he's making threats in front of his own son and TM about using a gun on her? No wonder she's confused. He needs to leave her alone so she can try to figure out where her life is going. He's beginning to look like a walking contradiction. He needs to go sit down somewhere and let this investigation find it's way to his daughter. Period.[/QUOTE

I know that most people will disagree with me but I think that Tim Miller should have kept to the searches and left the investigating up to LE. I have never ever known of him to pull the stunts in other searches that he has pulled in this one. I don't know what is going on with Tim but it wasn't up to him to get Misty to take a poly and then spread the results all over the news. It wasn't his place to hook Misty up with a volunteer from his searches and come up with a pack of lies to make Misty think that this volunteer cared about her just to try to get her to talk to this person and try and get some info out of Misty. That just doesn't set well with me...it is so sneaky and deceptive. It blew up in their faces anyway. It isn't like the female was a professional of some sort and was trained to do things like this. She is just a volunteer that helps with searches.

I further don't believe that Ron said all of those things to Tim. I have always respected Tim Miller but my opinion has come down quite a few pegs since all of this started. I just don't understand why he is stepping over the line in this case. When Natalie Halloway was missing I didn't see Tim Miller go after Joran who is the suspect in her murder. Tim spent a lot of time in Aruba but none with Joran who lied every time he turned around and denied just like Misty is.

Tim and Co do searches looking for missing people. They don't investigate the case and try to break suspects or people that won't tell LE what they want to hear. That isn't the job that they do. They search on land and water for people...live or dead. That has always been their purpose. I hope that Tim has gotten over his need to take over the case and sticks to his searching for missing people from now on.

Ron probably texted Misty because he didn't care for the deceit going on either. He probably wanted her to be aware of what Tim and his volunteer were doing behind her back. Personally I think that Ron still cares for Misty.

And yet, this isn't about Tim Miller its about Haleigh. I can't second guess Tim cause I don't have the information he has.

And I lack the confidence in Ron that you do, because I think hes into deceit just like hes into illegal drugs. He doesn't want Misty, never has except for the sex and babysitting she could provide. If he never sees her again in his lifetime, he will survive.

Maybe this isn't the appropriate thread for this question but I'll toss it out there anyway but why in the world does Crystal and Marie need to have a foundation set up for Haleigh? From what I have read, she was less than a stellar mother to Haleigh before she went missing.

Is it because she, like millions of people who have custody arrangements where they see their kids every other weekend, make her less of a mother to Haleigh?

Never once heard of her ever skipping visitation to see her children, has anyone else?

It was all very strange. In the beginning it was said to pay for Crystal's bills etc.

Odd since she didn't work before HaLeigh went missing, so her finances were not impacted imo.

It also said something about it would be a career for her and that HBC would be open 24/7 etc and then that funds would be for searches for HaLeigh. It was clear early on that HBC was not open 24/7, and did no searches, and then it closed. I don't think that was a surprise to very many. Disappointing, but not surprising. Jmo

bbm. Do you have a link showing that he's "into" illegal drugs? And as far as your 2nd sentence, there is no way you can know any of those things, unless you were RC. I think most of us would survive if we lost our spouse, it may not feel like it at the time, but you do. You post statements as fact, as though you know RC. :waitasec:

How in blue blazes is the HBC any part of Tim Miller funded Misty's trip to Orlando.......plus Ron's but it's very interesting that is always left off.

CC, I believe Bobbies was just speaking by what's posted everywhere, here included as she was making her point. Not sure if she believes it to be true or not. If I'm wrong, I gladly welcome Bobbies correction and hopefully I didn't mis-speak for her as she's a wonderful member here and I've always enjoyed seeing her participate especially here in Haleighs forum. :blushing:

These erroneous outright statements have taken wings and flew. I saw Ron's police records, if I'm not mistaken, the charges were dropped, right? I know alot of times charges are made like when their stopped in a car by LE, then when proof is provided for example prescription drugs charges are dropped. I don't know the full facts of his police record, but I don't know too many teens into early twenties that don't have brushes with the law in some form.

Hopefully, he's matured, learned his lessons, and will not repeat behaviors unfitting of a young parent. Time will tell.

How many different LEO's are you actually accusing of framing RC by dropping drugs into his car or possession. You are aware that his record encompasses more than just one? There is an unabridged version of his record here at WS.

To help raise money for continued searches and awareness for Haleigh ?
And I won't comment on your last sentence.

When charges are dropped that does not mean they were untrue! Ron's criminal record establishes that he has a problem with drugs and he was paying drug fines when given the custody of his children. Which I might add he did not step up to the plate to care for except for the "power of control" over Crystal. Some will say this is my opinion only, but because I can think and reason and read these conclusions must be reached by anyone who is lucid. I don't understand why we constantly go over and over these same issues when after reading and observing Ron there are those that still uphold and revere this man who so thoughtlessly threw his children to the wolves. And yet demonize their mother who has not been indicated to have known or participated in any crime concerning Haleigh or Jr.

WHEN are these "searches" going to occur? It's been months! Time is of the essence here!

Threw his children to the wolves? He loved, fed, clothed, raised these children, w/ NO SUPPORT from the mother. She committed the crime of NON-support. I can not imagine not supporting my children! And CS used cocaine while pregnant, any drug charge RC ever had pales in comparision to that. IMO. It's glaringly obvious to me that CS could care less abut those kids and I can not understand anyone who seems to uphold and revere her. You don't have to commit a crime to hurt your kids, neglect is enough. MOO.

IMO, drug use is drug use. Male, female, pregnant or sitting at the same table WITH that pregnant woman - of which you are the father to the unborn baby and and participating. Does it not equate to handing her keys to drive a vehicle while disgustingly drunk! Same thing. Since alcohol is a drug in a different form, nonetheless, a drug, I'm using that to make the analogy. Just because he isn't carrying the baby doesn't make him any less responsible for the welfare of that child. As I said, it was in the house and he brought it in there. So, neither one is innocent in that situation.

From what I understand, RC was still paying fines related to drug charges when he GOT custody of the kids.

The non-support I do take issue to but there are extenuating circumstances that got CS in that position that I also take acception to. So, to a point, I agree with you on that & yet I understand her position of which I won't go into at this point. Apparantly, the courts nor Ron minded all that much that the support was adding up because CS still had the visitations every other weekend in tact.

I guess I don't understand why CS is being picked apart in these threads. It's not her credibility that is in question here and to say that she doesn't care about her own kids is a fallacy. Your kids are your kids no matter what.
