But Casey didn't want to fess up still... but thinks about it while in jail and decides to trust Cindy to help her out of this mess. I don't think they have ever talked about what happened, Cindy just made it clear she would help Casey....and KC knows that Cindy knows she did it.

Yep, and I can also envision a scenario where KC will claim CA did it. CA will claim KC did it. I believe both of them are of the thinking that the SA cannot prove which one actually committed the murder.

I don't give much if any weight to timer55 and Cays234 which are part of the intricacies of lies within the A clan. Like when CA/GA spoke of Caylee without actually saying her name they referred to Caylee as "that little girl" or my "granddaughter".

Just all part of the cover up which is ever changing the lie, depends upon the month, week and day to what advantage they may think it has for them.

Perhaps it is 55 seconds from the woods to the house. I am sure they both played there when they were children. Maybe they used to timer one day to see. Then she can say go back tic toc. Also looks like a good place to grab a quick hit off of a joint if you dont want to drive and smell up your car. Not sure its code, but something close to it. I know this is off topic and I am sorry. but the police said she used that tshirt for a reason. How many or what can you get out of:

I am thinking Cindy had a plan all worked out if DC found the body.. but DC didn't know about the plan, he just knew why body may be found there and she sent him there to find it for her. New WS'er Eidetic has a great theory which I am leaning towards...KW found the stuff in those woods and brought it to Cindy to see if she recognized any of it as being Caylee's and told her where he found it (stuffed animals etc.) She says NO.. But it really was Caylee's and she recognized it, so she knew where the body might be. Cindy has done everything to help Casey...and she would plant evidence to free her, IMO (so would Lee, George would go along with it, but didn't necesarily even have to know)..and Casey knew this.. so it would make sense for her to clue them to the body also...but being in jail wasn't allowing her to give good clues..Timer55. And who knows what kind of hidden clues, that the A's might figure out but not anyone else, were in letters passed.

I always wondered about that KW. The look on his face when Nancy Grace asked what makes you think they wont look at you as the perp? His demeaner and body language was disturbing to me. I dont know about a conspiracy theory but I do believe that CA may be able to manage this without the others knowing.

Unfortunately he had probably heard the Anthonys trying to smear anyone they could, so he was justified in looking askance when asked if finding the objects might implicate him.. Cindy would soon have him in her sights.

I have no doubt you are correct that Cindy COULD pull this off, but the hysteria in her voice on that last 911 call tells me that she was not involved in a cover-up at that point. She could have signed on shortly after that once she realized her grand daughter was dead and never coming back again and in all likelihood her daughter was responsible.

CA has also denied that the remains located on Suburban were in fact those of her granddaughter Caylee.....is it really such a stretch that she would deny recognizing any of the stuffed animals that may have been subsequently discarded? :innocent:

4. Why would RK or someone place Caylee there 55 days later only to call LE immediately? Forensics would show the body freshly dumped. Risky.

5. June 16 is only significant in that it was the last day, if GA is believed Caylee was last seen and maybe the day KC killed her.

This is just a coincidence. A nickname (user) password set to timer55.

mIRC does have a /timer command, e.g.,

/timer[N] <repetitions> <interval in seconds> <command> [| <more commands>] Activates a timer.

In the example quoted above the scripted command is set as 'timer99' with '1' repetition and an interval of '10' seconds, it runs a command to send a notification to a nickname using the password of 'timer55', which makes sense since this is a timer command that repeats at any interval set.

I think we may be giving KC entirely too much credit. It's obvious from the string of lies and associated truths, that she only goes 1 level from the truth in creating her stories. The depths that we are exploring may be too much. Remember, she was only 21 at the time. She did not go far to grasp at straws. She lied on the fly with no forethought, this girl was hardly a planner, except for what would be happening on the eve of each day...JMO
