I'm not very knowledgable about the people searches, where the info. comes from. Does it come from public landline phone records? I was curious if I could find myself on whitepages.com or pipl.com. I have lived in the same home since 1996 and had a landline up until about 2 yrs. ago when it was disconnected because I got satellite internet and we have cell phones so there was no need to pay for the landline. The whole time I had the same phone number and it was private. I couldn't find myself on the searches. Could this be the reason? Does it just go by the phone or other utilities? I have other utilities in my name. Could this be the reason Whisp. can't find an address in CC for T and C? Maybe they didn't have a landline phone.

Twall--yes all those white pages listings come from the phone directories. This is one thing I DO know, having worked for a phone company for 24 years LOL. If you have an unlisted number, you won't show up. Or if you have no landline--same thing. Phone companies sell those listings to the directory companies and they in turn sell them to websites like white pages.

Since Chelsea doesn't say when she went to bed and the phone call came in at 4:00 about Haleigh it is highly likely Joe could have taken the van without her knowledge when she was sleeping.

Regarding the research info for addys. White pages is not accurate as anyone can go in there and change info about themselves and if devious, others.

There is extremely accurate info available and it is for a high price. Attorneys can access it for a nominal fee at Lexus nexus. The public will have a much harder time getting it but it can be done. That is the most reliable.

Information about addy is taken from, drivers license, voter's reg., utilities for general info. But good info can be had from background checks which get credit card companys and employment history and major purchases such as homes and vehicles, boats, also.

Cable, some cell and satellite companies, imo, sell your info to all sorts of businesses. Don't forget the ever always backgound check that employers and rentals use to qualify a person either. Many people have access to them. Realtors have access to all kinds of information regarding properties and people.

Almost all the investigative websites give limited info regardless of their ads. you can get info much quicker going through them but it can be had with some research on your part.

I am still betting that Lisa lived with timmy and Chelsea near Satsuma at the time of the accident and Haleigh vanishing. I wonder if we all got confused and placed Lisa and hank with Tommy prematurely...don't know. They may have moved to Tyler sometime between Feb and July...when Chelsea and Tim moved to Mass...don't know.

But most of all when did Chelsea get Tommy's van? How would she have a normal or routine way of parking when she just borrowed it and possibly only had it one day..and we don't even know that.

I think we need to go back and place these players at their starting point. Placing players in their starting position is essential.

I have not found any addy for T*C living alone in Crescent City. [/i] What we do know now is that hank and lisa gave Magnolia as their addy. One particular Magnolia is located in the San Mateo area. Marvin martin said they were once neighbors and he lives in the San Mateo area on Sunglow...magnolia is near there (a few blocks). Marvin called Chelsea about the gun...so he must have known her. I wonder if it was from living there.

It is also possible that hank sr and lisa lived with t & c as always find them together on addys. I wonder if the fact or rumor that timmy lived in crescent city was started by the Magnolia addy since there is a name for that street in that area. BUT the victim of the check and gun fraud stated he was a neighbor so I am going with the San Mateo Magnolia for now.

With that in mind that gives reason why Chelsea would be driving Lisa to visit Hank and more reason as to the fact that dad Hank had been given their new car to drive on the 7th.

This also makes it easier to understand how misty could get the minivan back to them so easily.l

The next addy I am looking for is Nay's.

Peekyou.com has a pic and 3 places they have lived without addresses. I don't remember hearing about port orange. Put in Ti C's name to find it.

That's why I posted somewhere on this forum a few days ago, we need a flow chart of where the players were that night. I know some are just assumed, some are vague, but maybe it would help to list the persons name, where they were, and what time. A map with that info would be really good. I am visual so I get a better sense if I see it, like how many miles away or how close the person was and didn't get out of bed to check, ya know?

The one thing I found kind of confusing about MC babysitting for T&C was the way she said it. If she was dropped off at 4 am or whatever Sunday, she could very well have meant she had to watch the kids Sunday. Some people tend to think that as long as it's still dark outside--the next day means in the morning, even if it's already that day technically. My thoughts are that she was supposed to watch them Sunday and not Monday. That would also explain why she didn't get back to the MH until Sun. nite. JMO

Is it a fact that Misty was at Ron's Mh Sunday night? GGMs said that Misty showed up just prior to Ron going to work Monday evening. All Teresa said was that Misty and Ron had talked all night long on Sunday night. I have just about come to the conclusion that it could have been by phone. I have searched and searched and can not find anything showing that Misty was actually at the MH Sunday night.

I know I have seen a video of M and R walking on Tyler with L and T's driveway in the background and there is a red pickup parked in it. It was in the very first days after Haleigh went missing.
Misty also said in one of TM's tests Tommy sold the truck right after Haleigh went missing so that says to me yes, he had it on Feb. 9.

Yep, and she also said that her father, Hank Sr. offered $500 to Tommy to keep the truck since he, Hank Sr. used the truck but Tommy sold it anyway.

I totaly agree, elle. Chelsea and Misty appear to be pretty tight. Could we be blindly looking at the brothers when we should be looking more closely at the sister-in-law?:waitasec:

Whisper, I was fooled into believing Chelsea was trustworthy because she was a mother. When I read the newspaper article about the “Ratgate” incident, I got the impression from what Lisa said that she and Hank Sr were not living at Tommy and Lindsy’s so you could be right about them moving to Tyler after T&C left for MA. I believe the red truck Tommy attempted to sell was registered to Lisa Croslin and I think there was more than 1 phone call between Timmy and Misty Monday evening. It would be great if we knew what time those calls transpired and who initiated the calls. Misty said she went to bed around 10 pm and her phone was supposedly turned off until Ron got home. Timmy & Chelsea’s anniversary is Feb 11th which would have been on Wednesday, 2009. They were married in 2006.

Port Orange is legally just outside of Daytona, but the peeps I know who have lived there always just said "Daytona" when asked where they live.

Several posters here said the Bergens were from Daytona.

Is the red truck in the driveway a pickup? I was wondering if that truck was GMAs/tn's. They had to park somewhere during the "tent" days. One thing we didn't see was a white truck that rc drove though.

I am getting very confused with these players and we definitely need an insider. At one point it was said that misty at the bus stop was talking to Lindsey in a red car. then somebody added SUV..I don't know anymore. This is a mess.

Addition:
