Tommy has no recollection of Joe dumping Haleigh's body

Ron says he retrieved and cleaned the gun, then handed it over to LE. Maybe he did and maybe he didn't. I do think this whole case has something to do with a gun, always have.

Possibly RC had used a gun to threaten or hurt or rob someone, and someone close to them wanted revenge. I know everyone says gangs or drug lords don't hurt kids but in this case I think it could have been personal rather than business; the person with a vendetta went to steal Ron's prize gun but it wasn't there...and so on. (Similar to the tale that JO wanted the gun and took Haleigh instead...except it wasn't JO.)

Or...if RC didn't use a gun against someone, he stole a gun...and someone went to the MH to get it back but it was not there...etc....same story we've heard (except it was not JO).

I just do not think it was JO who did this crime. He may have been around after the fact, maybe to help Misty through whatever, but I think he was just a guy in town on vacation who became the perfect patsy. IDK for sure, but I do not feel that JO would go to either steal or borrow a gun, and take a child instead. To me, it would have to be someone who had a very personal interest in putting Ron in a world of hurt. I just do not see JO having it in for Ron on that serious a level.

JO is creepy, yes. But I just don't get a vibe that says he did the deed. He may have helped out after the fact but even that seems iffy to me because I really believe JO would have come forward by now if he knew anything. JMO, but it is the way I read him.

No, I didn't Snowbunny. I didn't take it seriously. Since it had a foreign flavor, I took it as a psychic person. I tried to get more info but never got a response.

Regarding JO...if tommy didn't have any wheels and misty/and or tommy needed wheels to dispose, then JO would have brought the vehicle to 202 Green Lane. He can't talk or he is involved in murder or disposal.

Seems to me that LE is looking for evidence on JO. Tommy says jo did it. Jo says he didn't. Misty says tommy and JO were there. Did the LE find JO's prints in the vehicle?

Back at the beginning, misty says her blanket was in the van that they took. There is no reason for ron's bed blanket to be in tommy's van...no good reason. Who is the "They" that misy was talking about? If "they" took a blanket from the house, it was taken with Haleigh inside of it...mo. The blanket had to go in the van that day since it was needed the night before for sleeping.

The bigger question is why didn't ron zero in on this fact from day one?

Where is the blanket? Where are the guns? Where the heck did they put Haleigh?:banghead:

The was it sounds to me is JO brought the van over; tommy drove; Jo disposed.

Plausible...except it does not explain Ron not going after any or all of them.

I am also still keeping Timmy in mind.

If this is not about a vendetta, it is about anger...Ron's anger.

Ron would not have been happy with Misty for leaving him to go to another man. I don't think he cared what Misty did per se, but her leaving him to go elsewhere would have gotten under his skin, IMO. So, Ron was unhappy with Misty that day.

They argued, the fight became physical, and Haleigh got in the way. She died later that evening while Ron was at work.

I do not think Haleigh's death was intentional; it was an accident, but they all panicked and decided to cover it up. In this scenario all of them could be involved to some degree, so none of them will talk.

Had they come clean right away, or not long after the fact, things might have gone reasonably well for them. They would have been charged, but not with murder. Prison time might have been less than what at least one of the players might get for trafficking.

All JMO, of course.

Now, if JO really masterminded the disappearance of a 5-year-old child, I do not see how he has not been arrested. Certainly there would have been some evidence of his presence in a place where he claims he was not. It is pretty difficult to not leave one speck of evidence...a fingerprint, a hair, something!

So, Lindsay's lying about her little hubby not being able to even go to the other room and watch tv for 30 minutes without her waking, and how he stayed straight that day.

So what vehicle did Lindsy use to get to and from class? Would it be Tommy's red truck?

Timmy's van is scratched and he has a 1 a.m. alibi - what about prior to 1 a.m.? Prior to that evening, Chelsea had no knowledge of those particular scratches on the van.

Did a Croslin family member take HaLeigh to a relative instead of the ER? ("blanket in the van that they took") - whatever happened after that point may very well be unknown to any of the Croslin's.

The behavior/action of 2 close relatives has baffled us (dropping off laundry/8x10 photo of the missing child in hand)

I agree with other posters here, if RC had any suspicions that any of the Croslin's or their relatives were involved ... IMHO; he would choke the living chit out of them until he got the answers he was searching. There appears to be no annimosity whatsoever.

Tommy has no recollection of HaLeigh being dumped because she wasn't.
