O/T I was just watching the Amanda Knox coverage. Guilty 26 years, wow that's another case that I have a hard time with.

When I hear him speak during his interview he doesn't sound slow to me, he sounds like he's talkin circles around the detectives, and has mastered the art of rambling w/out sayin anything and baffling them w his bs nomsayn. Hey he might be foolin some of the peeps some of the time, but he don't be foolin ol kiki... :snooty: :shakehead:

:parrot:

OMG, kiki! You made me laugh out loud already this morning! Nomsayn????? He ain't foolin tezi neither! LOL

Hey Muffet, are you sure it wasn't 182 times of sayin "nomsayn?" I think that's the only phrase this tool knows!!!! LOL

And what is it with "old boy" and "old girl?" They were either the same age or younger than he was!

Reading that transcript could give someone a migraine, nomsayn? :banghead: I feel sorry for the LE officers that had to sit there and listen to his BS, and even more sorry for the transcriber!!!!!! Nomsayn????

Muffet,

You crack me up, are you friends with suzi? lol
82 times really!!! Seemed like 182, haha
Not sure what to think of that line about the daughter, but him saying it could have been a mess is telling....like he knows bad things have already taken place. He just seems to want to come off as an idiot, or is he? He talks like one, walks like one and hey he looks like one. Really he just comes off as slow, or like he has done HARD drugs since he was very young. I wonder how much schooling he had and what his younger years were like. I would like to hear from his family, the mother and aunt. I think this would be a really hard case to be a juror on, we know he is wrong, we know he should have done something to get help but this guy just don't seem right. He is not a VC who is out there running her mouth and we know she is lying, her story don't add up. I just can't put my finger on the right words for this guy, I am just not sure what to make of him.

I KNOW whatursayin. He's different that the previous two. I started to say he's a more sympathetic, but that's not it. There's nothing sympathetic about anyone connected who at a minimum didn't rescue Chris or Channon. He was in the house for this horrible crime. He might have raped. He might have murdered. He might have beaten. A lack of fingerprints or DNA under these circumstances might mean he didn't do those things, that he did just observe, or hide, or it might mean that he got lucky in the clean and bleach sweepstakes. But, AT THIS POINT, he comes off as a less threatening big paluka. It could be that people have already been convicted who seem more culpable. He does seem slow somehow, a follower more than a leader, a stoner. I hope he does major jail time. Even if he didn't rape and murder himself, and again he may have, but even if he didn't, he's not the kind of guy I want walking around in my town. However, the jury may not have enough to come down as hard on him as they did on Cobbins and Davidson.

Aside. Jennifer Milsaps is getting more jury friendly. Maybe she's been taking lessons from Dr. Mileusnik-Polchan.

Defense wants judge to tell jury presence at crime, failure to act not enuff to prove criminal responsibilty

Case law cited by defense says state must prove "active encouragement" by one's inaction

In plain English that means Thomas would have his co-defendants' backs, willing to jump in if needed

That makes 1 stmt in Thomas' interrogation key - he said he wanted leave but homies said "let us finish"
