The thing is if your not a criminal, as soon as someone starts talking about robbing a bank, wouldn't you get out of there.

According to VC, she was in the shower and Channon was in the closet, unguarded.

Pros says the key is Davidson previously discussing bank robbery, going to make money on Saturday. And VC is aware of that.

Judge says OK, but no home invasion or Subway robbery.

I don't believe that... if she was in the closet by herself ONE scream or ONE crying out and Daphne would have heard her. And also... HOW did VC know she was in the closet if she didn't see or hear anything before that of what was going on? They would not have left her in the closet alone under any circumstances imo.
