Cara left party around 3am, went home. Saw Chris' truck and no 4 runner. Chris usually drove when those two went anywhere.

Apartment was all normal. Channon's stuff was gone. Bag with change of clothes. Purse and shoes.

ut oh... Chris' parents being chastised for saying something rude to the defense atty when they went on break.

Judge basically saying the lawyer is only doing his job...

I don't think that requires nasty shots at victims, so don't blame the parents.

I agree, and that includes lectures from sanctimonious judges to people who are watching the 'defense' of people OBVIOULSY responsible for the demise of their child and having to endure the indignities and injustices of the so-called American justice system. The defense attorneys should be able to suck it up. After all, no matter what was said, the Newsomes aren't raping them and didn't murder their chidren. Part of 'doing the job' for defense attorneys should be understanding where the victims families may be coming from and putting up with that! Judge went way over in 'admonishment,' imo. He should understand too. More proof this is all about "justice" for the perp. The victims? Not so much.

Kara got up around 1pm, tried to call Channon no answer. And no ph calls from Channon. Went back to Jamie's house. No one there had heard from them either.

Casual talk about where they could be, starting to get worried. Then Channon's mom called and said she didn't show up for work. Tried calling again, kept in touch with Channon's mom.

Starting to talk about cell ping and search.

Scared when she saw Channon's car. Area bad Channon wouldn't have been there. No reason for Channon and Chris to be there.

LE showed up with crime scene van.

Monday morning detective showed up and was taking names. And josh got a call that Chris had been found.
