Says LD got out of passenger side of teal colored Grand Am approx a day or two prior to seeing police. Vague description of white female also getting out of passenger side of car. Approx 5'8", light hair, wearing pants and pink or light colored shirt. After 9:30 pm.

No other cars w them at that time. Describes hair as light brown or blond, very vague because only saw for a second... but sure it was "Ms. Christian." Pros grillin, not buyin it.

Says he was out looking for his mother's cat, a few nights before the incident, and saw Channon, Davidson, and another female pull up at Davidson's house, and ...he thought Channon & Davidson went in together...

Says he ID'd Channon from police photos.

Corrected - I thought he said he saw Chris - changed to Davidson.

I don't think I got confused. I believe it was her. 97 95 percent sure. Can't say 100 percent. Hates to say it was her.

According to witness, hair was either brown or blonde, or light brown, and it might have been shoulder length or longer but he didn't really see and can't really member. He thought she might have been wearing a light shirt, but he didn't really see that well and can't really remeber.
