On cross dna witness conceding that, w/out differentiating, source of contributing dna could be from epithelial--skin cells--from any manner of handling panties. Emphasizing not necessarily the result of sperm of two males, could be from any sort of skin cells etc.

The fact that Davidson's DNA wasn't on her panties works much more against him, since it shows that she didn't put them on under her jeans. She would have if they had had consensual sex.

I sure wish I could be looking at this case through the eyes of the jury. IIRC there is a lawyer on the jury, hopefully he can get the others to see what they are not seeing in this picture. I just pray that Davidson gets the DP of all the accused I pray he gets it for the parents sake.

Of course, after seeing the way things go in these trials, it could be the same family members who defended Cobbins by wailing about what a bad guy Gutter is.

Me too, Julie. Dying to know what they know outside of what's been told in the courtroom - like what was shown about him in the Cobbins trial, e.g., his past conviction and prison time for carjacking and overall badness.

One thing that worries me though: would there be a mistrial if one of them brings something like that up during deliberations?

Would that be why he insisted on a Knox county jury?

Usually, I just don't care about defense attorneys. They might be annoying or amusing, but these two are hideous, and I find myself actually despising them. In stead of trying to get a fair trial for their defendants, they are trying to get him off at any cost. That is not truth. That is not justice. That should NOT BE the American way. If these animals gets the other animal off, they should be forced to move him in next door to them and their families. These guys may be for themselves and for their own agrandizement, but they aren't fair or just. They don't stand for human rights, because they abuse the human rights of others to stand for the human rights of this sleezoid by inuendo slimey implication. IMO, all of the men sitting at the defense table are hideous creatures!
