Me too! This guy drones so badly, he's an awful witness. They had to have scraped him up from the dregs of the barrels full of professional psych witnesses.

Psych says LD "loved" his foster family and that they loved him. Maybe the Rudds loved him and showed it but I don't LD has ever "loved" anyone except himself.

IMO, Davidson is a sociopath and learned early on how to wear a mask. He learned how to hide behind being charming and cute and that's why so many people tried to help him. Davidson fooled and manipulated alot of people.

Well LD's uncle just testified that he was able to turn his life around all by himself by joining the Army and trying very hard.

Also says he probably has a higher than avg IQ - just poor testing.

Dr. Brown says following are good prognostic indicators for LD in a structured environment:

Best predictor of future behavior is past behavior--when not impaired by drugs and in structured environment in the past, LD handled himself

LD has no major psych issues which would cause him to blame others for his problems.

LD has a better than average IQ... and did I hear right, empathy for others? :banghead:

He also gave up that his foster mother knew right away when Davidson was on drugs, she didn't need to drug test him she just knew by the way he acted. I have a feeling things were not all rosy in their home.
