A prescription bottle?
I don't think there is any reason to think Holly is on a daily medication, I supposed anything is possible. But then why would they need to wait and see if the clue had any value to the investigation, or whatever they said at the time?
Not that I have any specific guesses of my own...![]()
Again, not saying this is what it is, just throwing it out there....
But, to answer your question....no, we don't know if she took any regular medications, she looks like a very healthy person....but even pretty healthy people take medications sometimes for certain things....everything from migraines to acne to birth control to allergies....and then even healthy people sometimes get sick and need to be on an antibiotic or something to get better. If it was laying out in the elements the paper label might have become undreadable, but like I said, maybe part of her name could be made out....maybe they had to get the family's permission to verify with her doctor and pharmacy that they had issued a prescription to her. Maybe they would have to go so far as to test whether the pills in the bottle came from the same lot number as the pills issued by the pharmacy. I don't know, there are a zillion possibles....But if they KNOW the item is Holly's then how do they know? There are probably only so many possibilities there:
1) It had her name on it
2) Her family identified it as belonging to her
3) It had her fingerprints/DNA on it
4) other?
