I thought the RSO was in trouble for leaving the state/no registering kind of thing...they could bring him back for that, couldn't they?

I would think so...but I don't know. Would they not just arrest him in the state where he did not register? Why would they spend money bringing him back to TN? After all, he was registered when he lived there, wasn't he? He had to be, because they knew where he lived.
